Fantastic Kayak Tour! - My daughters & I had an amazing time on the Mondo Combo Kayak tour! We couldn’t have asked for better tour guides as Zoe & Jorge. They were friendly, informative & funny. We saw the manatees, dolphins, comb jellyfish & a guest appearance by Daphne, the alligator! The views were amazing & the sunset, spectacular! I would highly recommend A Day Away Kayak tours! Thank you, Zoe & Jorge! Kathleen

Great adventure - Our guide Matthew was informative and took his time with us. The group we were in were all newbs to kayaking. We were able to see manatees, a dolphin, lots of birds. The sunset on the water was spectacular. One of my favorite things was catching the comb jellies that glow with bioluminescence when you jiggle them.

A must do excursion - What a fantastic evening. From the manatees to Bird Island and the sunset to a beautiful starlet night making the water sparkle with the bioluminescence. Drew and Matt were fantastic hosts and I would definitely recommend this to anyone. When we booked it, we didn’t realize it was almost 2 hours away but afterward I would drive that far or further it was that fantastic. Thank you so much.

So many mantees! - My husband and I took this tour hoping to see both wildlife and bioluminescence. We were a little late in the season to see bioluminescence, but our tour guide Drew was able to catch several comb jellies and put them in a glass jar for a few moments to show us the glow. The manatees more than made up for the lack of bioluminescence. Drew took us to a couple of coves where they like to hang out, and they put on a show for us! They were comfortable swimming and playing right by our kayak! We enjoyed them for a couple of hours before seeing an absolutely beautiful sunset. Great tour-we will definitely come back when it is the season for bioluminescence!

Mondo - The three-hour kayaking tour was great. Caleb did a good job touring us around and making sure everyone was a great time. Make sure to bring a bug spray. The mosquitos/bugs can be annoying but its not really a big deal once you get moving into the water.

Great tour with knowledgable guides. - Drew and Aiden (sp) did an excellent job on this tour. Drew took the lead and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and its wildlife. Aiden showed true concern for the comfort of the tour goers. My primary desire was to see manatees and I was overjoyed at the amount of animals I saw. The bioluminescence wasn't quite as bright as I thought it would be but you could definitely see it. I would highly recommend this tour.

Nothing short of amazing! - kayaking and playing with the friendly manatees was an incredible experience! Bird island reminded us of natures ability to thrive without people. The bioluminescence experience was amazing! Our guide David did an excellent job making us feel as though we were inside a nature documentary! My teenage boys loved it - I highly recommend adding this to your Florida experience!

Amazing - We had such a great experience. Our guides David and Tanner we amazing. We started before sunset and ended around 10pm. The Bioluminescence were amazing and they new right where to take us. We enjoyed manatees and saw Flamingos and then mullet lighting up the Bioluminescence as they swam by after dark. I would highly recommend this tour.

Unforgettable - The kayak tour at sunset is a must! This will be our best memory of Florida. We saw in their natural environment manatees full of birds (pelican herons etc) and a dolphin around our kayaks. Add to that the magical effect of bioluminescence and you leave with unforgettable images. The guides are very professional the equipment provided of very good quality. Zoe our guide kindly provided us with mosquito spray! To be repeated if the opportunity arises.
