Experience of a lifetime! - Absolutely amazing experience, we were lucky enough to have our tour guide Zac all to ourselves for our group of 5 ladies, we were all a little nervous but Zac quickly put us all at ease and soon we were paddling along side manatees and dolphins like we were pros 😄 Zac was full of information and enthusiasm about the local wildlife and made sure we got the best out of our trip, including seeing the bioluminescence after it went dark. We loved every minute. Couple of points to note, you will get wet, you will need bug spray and you won't get an Uber 😅 but it was our favourite thing we did in Florida, I recommend this tour to everyone, just fabulous

Awesome memories even a year later! - Young Lady guide was awesome! Since no others signed up my family of three, received a "private" tour and it was fantastic! We saw a lot of wild life for such a small area. We recently finished a 50 mile white water trip, so we didn't need kayaking instructions. We got in, learned the rules, lay of the land and had a great time. We didn't time it right for a real sunset, but dusk works and the animals were feeding for the night!

12:00 day tour and sunset tour - We had a great time with Josiah and Dustin on our tours. It was cloudy with light rain on both tours, and we did not get to see any manatee because the water was to cold, but we saw at least 10 dolphins playing in the water and many beautiful birds. The storms had washed many of the bioluminescence jellies away, but they worked very hard and found great places to show us the beautiful glow. Before you go, research the time of year and what to expect. I was nervous to be on the water at night, but Josiah made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend these tours, and we are planning to come again this summer!

Awesome experience! - This is an experience you don’t want to miss. The sunset was breathtaking and there’s so much wildlife to see. The dolphins were fun to watch, and came so close you could almost touch them. The bioluminescent plankton was surreal to see once the sun went down. Dustin is a great tour guide, he’s very friendly and knowledgable about the ecosystem. The price was very reasonable as well. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely aweful. - This place is a total scam. Me and my family were going to go on a fun little trip with our 3 little kids for the last day of our vacation. 15 minutes before we had to be there and 45 minutes into the DRIVE to get there they cancelled on us. I do understand that the cancellation policy is on the website but we were not planning to cancel. As they canceled on us. We called the place back asking for some sort of refund as they canceled on US. Not to mention the guy who answered the phone had ABSOLUTELY NO sympathy whatsoever. So not only we got $300 taken from us, we were also treated with a major attitude. He said we could we could reschedule but as I said this was our last day and we live 2000 miles away. I do not understand how this business is still running with thier disgraceful customer service and thier policy on cancellations even though WE did not cancel THE BUSINESS cancelled. I do not advise choosing this place as it is a total scam and there are rude staff that run this place. The man made a reference on disney and how they don’t do refunds. Well disney does not just cancel on you as this place did. This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous how they canceled on us and we did not get our money back. Absolutely ridiculous.
