Lovely afternoon - Easy walking tour with good historical notes and stories. I walked on a Saturday so a few of the buildings I would have gone into were closed. I also went farther to a few places that should have been added.

What a (surprising) and Lovely Day! - We flew into Chicago to meet a friend for the day. Those plans fell through so we had to find a last minute activity. A self-guided walking tour of Milwaukee just a few hours drive? Okay, why not? We’ve heard of Milwaukee!
This turned out to be one of the best tours we’ve ever done and now we LOVE Milwaukee!
The tour guide was entertaining and informative. The directions were detailed and clear. We could pause the commentary to explore a little deeper, to get a bite to eat, or to shop.
We turned the hour tour into a 5-hour deep-dive into everything Milwaukee and had a blast!

Interesting 1 mile flat walking tour of Milwaukee!! - Loved the voice of the tour guide! Morgan Freeman? Loved how I could leave my phone in my pocket using AirPods, the app knew where I was. Very interesting tour. Learned a lot of Milwaukee history and ended up at the Public Market just in time for dinner!!

Milwaukee tour - This is a great tour that you can do at your own pace on your own schedule. I stopped and started multiple times when there was something of interest that I wanted to spend more time at.

Great way to see the city. - Loved it! Low cost, no crowds. You can pause the tour anytime you want to go into an interesting historic building, restaurant or retail store. Then just start again when you're ready. Looking forward to trying it in other cities.

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to learn a lot of interesting history at your own pace. It worked well (download the app) and just follow along as the guide tells you about the old German settlement. You can pause it to spend more time at the stops or along the way.

Fun Alternative If You Want to Move at Your Own Pace - This is the first time I tried an Audio Self Guided Tour for myself and my son, so I'm sure there's a bit of a learning curve. The verbal directions for how to proceed between spots was ambiguous enough that I ended up putting each stop into maps separately and walking there, then starting the recording. Other than that I liked the ability to start and stop the tour at our leisure, and to not have to make small talk with a tour guide. It was a good alternative to the traditional tours and the sights selected were interesting. We even stopped half way through, took a nap, then headed back out to finish the second half. That made for an easier day!

Disappointing MKE walking tour - Directions were not clear when. navigating from 1 site to the next. Could not find the first meeting point, 333. construction in city made 1 point difficult yo navigate and dangerous. Exact addresses would be better than markers. Thought it was going to be GPS driven and but virtual tour. Would not recommend.
