Highlights
  • XXXX Brewery Tour - In Queensland, XXXX means beer, but how did this iconic brew get its name? Find out on a fun and fascinating 90-minute tour of the XXXX brewery. Your guide greets you in the brewery’s visitor center. Enjoy an introduction to the history of beer making, and learn some of the brewery’s techniques.

After your introduction, walk throughout the central parts of this historic site. Put on safety gear and check out the machinery that brews, stores and bottles beer.

Most weekdays, you can enter the Packaging Hall to marvel at the state-of-the-art packaging line. Watch thousands of beer bottles whiz past you on a distribution line; most breweries don’t allow you to get this close!

Fun day with a few free cold beers 😜 - What a bloody great tour enjoyed by the whole family. We were very fortunate to have Ken as our tour guide what a legend. I had a funny feeling he likes a frothy & very passionate about the XXXX Company. Only wish that it was a work day so we could see the operations. But still throughly enjoyed & will be telling my mates.

What a great tour! - We took this tour on Good Friday 2024 and were very lucky to get Ken as our tour guide. Ken was very knowledgeable and very passionate about the brewery. As he had held many positions within the company he had a wealth of information about every area we visited. At he end of the tour he spent a lot of time talking to all of the participants and of course the samples were delicious. After the tour we stayed and had some dinner in the restaurant which was also delicious. Overall a very enjoyable afternoon.

Nice tour with insights of the brewing process - The tour by itself was good as we got to see the different steps of the process of brewing beer. The tour was done by an enthusiastic co-worker of the brewery and he was passionately telling about how the beer is made. For us as tourists sometimes it was difficult to follow the story the co-worker was telling about the process because sometimes he was telling very fast. Nevertheless it was an experience that you should've done while you're in Brisbane.
