Shopping made easy - Excellent bus service , bus was warm and clean .arrival and depart times were extremely punctual . The outlet is stunning however expensive and limited stock . Plenty of restaurants and play areas for children .

Very nice Designer outlet mall. - We were in town from Chicago and used the bus service to go from downtown Milan to the designer outlet mall. This mall is very nice and great deals were had at Prada and Gucci. Everything went smoothly like planned. The bus staff was great. Would definitely go there again and use the bus transportation if I were in Milan!

Shopping at the best quality/price ratio. - Very good address for a shopping day at the best price. Remember to make a list of your needs and identify the stores that interest you because it is impossible to see everything in a single day.

Too many people in the bus - Pleasant journey, the bus to the outlet has a usb outlet to charge my phone however the bus back don’t. Felt that the bus is overcrowded.

Reasonable price, good... - Reasonable price, good products , spacious areas for family to move around especially if using baby prem.

10€ more on site!!! 😡😡. What to say ???! - A meeting point given at a place, once arrived we are told that it is not the right one even though there is even a description of the place (reference to a monument). In conclusion it’s 10€ more to get on the bus!!!!!! 😡😡.

Something to do on a rainy day but otherwise I would pass - It wasn't exceptional, spent more time at Eataly drinking cocktails. I have a feeling we would have had more shopping successes exploring interesting areas in Milan.

Terrible - The worst experience EVER! Paid for “VIP” was treated the worst. My guest & I wasn’t able to sit with each other, they over booked the bus, hot, no good customer service .

👎🏻 - The bus did not wait for us to get off. It walked and dropped us off at a stop half an hour away from our stop. It did not wait even 4 minutes at our stop.

Bad experience - Don’t take this shuttle bus to go outlet!!!! Very bad service and very unfriendly staff! Irresponsible driver that open the storage cabin before all passengers alight the bus! This is the reason why our baggage with lock ( inside got all shopping items ) got stolen!!!! But the driver just ignore and drove the bus away!! When we make complaint to the Center ! They just ignore and said is our responsibility to take care our items(I fully understand that is our responsibility to take care our item, but the large item is not allow to bring to the bus, it had to store in bus storage cabin!!!)!please be aware!!! Is not safe to travel with this travel agency!!! Please avoid when you travel to Milan!! They don’t even bother when your item got stolen! If company can inforce some protocol for example let all passengers alight the car first before open the cabin storage it will reduce the possibility of stolen issue! I feel that Milan is not a city that suitable for family and tourists! Very pity that they have a nice historical building but unsafe environment.
