The best food experience and local night walking tour! - Our guide was phenomenal. So intelligent, passionate, informed and interactive not only with us but also with the people of the restaurants serving us . The food was exceptional, the atmospheres genuine and welcoming. And she provided historical commentary on the sites we were walking through. Highly recommend!

Nice and affordable - Really nice host and a clearly memorable experience both in terms of food but also a lot of history that you got to take part in.

Mostly wine tour - Unfortunately this was one of the worst food tours I have done. The first stop we had 4 marble sized minced-meat meat balls with some bread sticks. 2nd stop we received 3 pieces of rigatoni and half cup of risotto. There was bread on the table, but no olive oil or butter to use. 3rd stop we had thin slices of lunch meat that is common in European breakfast bars, and some very tiny wontons we were to stuff our meat into, along with some cheese (the burrata type cheese was good). The last stop was a walk-in store with jars of tiramisu. Not the typical tiramisu you would find in Italy. There was no place to sit, and it would have also been nice to have some coffee. Our 1 of 2 nights we had in Milan was wasted. Our tour guide was nice, but this food tour needs some considerable examination and the 125$ USD per person was way off.

Noodles and Bread - Unfortunately we did not enjoy this food tour. I have done other food tours in other cities with excellent experiences. Our first stop had 4 marble sized minced meat meatballs with some breadsticks. The 2nd stop was the main course with 3 pieces of rigatoni and 1/2 cup risotto. There was bread on the table, but no olive oil or butter to use. The 3rd stop had thin slices of meat, with a good burrata type cheese. But we were to stuff the meat/cheese into a tiny wonton type bread. The 4th stop we could not sit down to have the tiramisu. I would have loved some coffee with the “jar” of tiramisu we received. The tiramisu was not the typical kind you would find in Italy. We spent 125$ per person and our 1 of 2 nights in Milan was wasted. The guide was nice and informative, but this food tour needs some serious improvements.

Hugely disappointed. - Joined three friends…all hugely disappointed. Out first course consisted of four very small meatballs with breadsticks and wine. Second course was polenta and pasta. Main course consisted of four slivers of cured meats (which are included in breakfast buffets everywhere). A cup of cheese, and bread. Dessert was tiramisu at a small stand-up cafe. All courses were served at different restaurants and included wine. We returned to our hotel and ATE! I would like a refund of my 120 euros!

Hugely disappointing. - I joined this tour with three friends expecting an evening of wonderful food. It was a huge disappointment for all. Out tour took us to three restaurants. We had a few small meatballs as an appetizer, then pasta and polenta. Our main course consisted of a few slivers of “cured lunch meat”, (which had been a selection at all of our breakfast buffets), a small amount of cheese, and bread. Our last stop was tiramisu at a small stand-up cafe. There was wine included as well. The guide was quite knowledgeable, and the walking segments were fun. We returned to our hotel and ATE! I would request a refund 120 Euros, if possible.
