Day Trip Milan to Venicr - Tripp was very well organized. Tour leader communication was very clear love that we had time to explore Venice on our own time. Don’t miss riding in the gondola long but great day.

Midsummer in Venice - As a group of coworkers, we enjoyed the trip to Venezia thoroughly. It is a fairly long drive from Milan, and our guide advised us to rest as it was going to be hot in Venice... and it was! Hat and water is essential.
Our guide provided us with interesting information during the guided tour which included some local gossip about a big upcoming wedding. We opted to do the optional gondola ride and this was efficiently arranged through our guide. The day trip was well worth it, and the guide was excellent. 5 star experience!

Had a wonderful trip to... - Had a wonderful trip to Venice today. Great introduction to Venice! Air conditioned buses to and from Milan made the trip a very pleasant experience. Tour guides were very knowledgable.

Good trip but… - I think the logistics should be analyzed, I felt on a rush all the time. Especially if you are traveling with small children and the accessories needed (stroller, backpack, etc.), some empathy is appreciated.
We enjoyed the trip, but a slower pace in general should be considered.

Waste of money and time - I have done many tours with Viator in many countries over the years and this was probably one of the worst ones and quite honestly there weren’t any other tours that I would rate below 4 stars. This tour was poorly organized with bad time management. The only positive thing was the very knowledgeable local guide that we spent about an hour or so with her. The rest was waste of time. It was so rushed that we even didn’t get a chance to eat or do shopping. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. We would have been better off taking the train for about 30 euros and would have much more time to spend in Venice. Not worth the money we paid.

Poor organization, unprofessional service – not worth the price - I booked a tour to Portofino. The departure time was clearly stated as 7:00 AM, and I arrived at 6:57 AM. Despite being on time, the bus and guide had already left. No one contacted me, no one was waiting, and the guide didn’t even attempt to check if I had arrived. I tried calling the provided contact number during boarding – no one answered.
Eventually, I was allowed to switch to a Venice tour, but I had to pay a €10 penalty fee, even though I was not late. That made no sense.
The Venice experience itself was disappointing. We had only about 3–4 hours in the city. The guide spoke in a very monotonous tone, and the audio equipment provided was old and poor in quality – it was very hard to understand anything he said.
The bus had air conditioning, but it was extremely cold – almost uncomfortable to the point of shaking. I couldn’t rest during the ride because of the low temperature. There were no charging outlets on board, which is very inconvenient for a full-day tour. I had to buy a €14 cable just to charge my phone, with the help of the driver.
The total cost of the tour was €150. It included only the transfer, a short 10-minute stop at a glass workshop, and the guide. For comparison, a train from Milan to Venice costs €30 round-trip, is faster, has power outlets, and offers more flexibility.
In short: overpriced, poorly managed, and not tourist-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Venice reviewi - They instructed us to not eat or drink anything in the bus during the traveling for 4 hours, once arrived to venice they took small and tight boat, then the tour was very boring, they didn’t give us enough time to go around the city and the glass factory was boring and it was like marketing for the place, we wanted to leave and they insisted us to stay for more than hour!!
The Group leader maurizzio took the gandola money without riding it, we lost and couldn’t find them. Then he said i can’t get your money back!! It’s a very bad experience try another option

Extremely Bad - Extremely bad trip. The pick up from the hotel was so early, the minivan driver dropped us at the meeting point at 6:25 am. We had to wait in the street for 30 minutes under the rain till the guide and the bus came.
The guide was so bad. Her English language level was not as good as it should be as a tourist guide. I couldn’t understand most of her speech and when I asked for clarification she just repeat what she said before as tape record without any explanation or clarification.
The audio devices was not working. At Venice I couldn’t hear anything from the local guide, she was short carrying no flag to follow so I got lost from the group in the crowded city. After I found the group again and after I missed many things I decided to leave the group and wonder in the city on my own using google maps and information.
The gondola trip was so bad, the guide asked as for 25 euros each and finally we got 25 minutes trip in the gondola in small canals with polluted water that smells awful. For the bad organization I don’t recommend this trip to anyone.
