Memorable trip to Venice - Its a long busride from milan to venice but still, very do-able. A great trip. Information alongbthe way was very insightful.

Venice day trip from Milan - An amazing and fabulous coordinated day. Najma was patient, organised and extremely friendly. She navigated all transport with ease from her local knowledge. The day was stress free and memorable. Fantastic tour company, cant recommend highly enough. Thank you Najma!

Venice was a beautiful experience - I was able to take great pictures. The weather was great. I took a gondola tour. It's cheaper through the public bus area. $35 for an hour.

Venice - My day trip to Venice was truly unforgettable! The experience was so well-organized, making everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Our guide, Maurizio, was fantastic—his knowledge and passion for Venice’s culture and history brought the city to life, and his friendly approach made everyone feel welcome.
We started the day with a bus journey toward Venice, with a breakfast stop at Autogrill. The coffee and pastries there were just what we needed to start the day energized and ready to explore.
A highlight of the day was our visit to Murano, where we witnessed the age-old art of glassblowing.I n the afternoon, we had some free time to explore the city on our own and go for a ride with a gondol.After reuniting with the group, we headed back on the bus, stopping again at Autogrill for a relaxed dinner

Good - Take euros to pay for the gondola.
Ferry and travel details made easy with the tour. Glass blowing tour was a good add. Not much time to wander but still worth the day to see.

It is better to do the tour including one day in a hotel - The service from the tour provider was excelent. The only problem was a delate in the route from Milan to Venice due to some maintenance on the road. In addition, the tour was on sunday and there was too much people, in addition, there was high level of water on Venice and it was difficult to walk through the city. I like Venice and Viator service, however I suggest to do the tour staying in the city at least one day.

Extremely Bad - Extremely bad trip. The pick up from the hotel was so early, the minivan driver dropped us at the meeting point at 6:25 am. We had to wait in the street for 30 minutes under the rain till the guide and the bus came.
The guide was so bad. Her English language level was not as good as it should be as a tourist guide. I couldn’t understand most of her speech and when I asked for clarification she just repeat what she said before as tape record without any explanation or clarification.
The audio devices was not working. At Venice I couldn’t hear anything from the local guide, she was short carrying no flag to follow so I got lost from the group in the crowded city. After I found the group again and after I missed many things I decided to leave the group and wonder in the city on my own using google maps and information.
The gondola trip was so bad, the guide asked as for 25 euros each and finally we got 25 minutes trip in the gondola in small canals with polluted water that smells awful. For the bad organization I don’t recommend this trip to anyone.

what happened here??? - How many words can I write to describe my experience with the organization ZANI (VIATOR MILAN). We had to be outside our apartment building at 6 am where the bus would pick us up. We were outside at 5:55 am, it was raining, and we waited until about 6:15 am and then decided, since the street was a one-way street, to wait for the bus by walking towards the entrance of the street. At 6:39 am I sent a message via WhatsApp where the bus was. The answer was that the driver was in our street and did not find us. Now, we were the only people in the street as a couple. I then called and they told me that no bus had passed by but a VAN. Indeed, a black VAN with tinted windows passed us in the street, the driver looked at us and drove on. We are a mixed couple and I dare say that there is quite a bit of racism among the residents of Milan. Personal experiences. There was contact through our own initiative, but no one even gave a signal. We traveled to Venice by train at our own expense.

ABSOLUTE WORST TOUR/TOUR GUIDE EVER !!! - Almost no information (itinerary, schedule, ect) was provided prior to tour date. Several messages were sent to tour POC and no response was ever received. Several other tour participants complained of the same issues. The tour POC, Monica, was completely unorganized, gave conflicting and confusing guidance, and essentially made this tour a complete waste of money. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR ! If you are very unfortunate and have Monica you will be extremely disappointed. I will be reaching out to the management of the tour company as well to voice my extreme disappointment in this tour. I would score this tour a zero if I could. Buyer beware !!!! Avoid this company.
