Leonardo on steriods - A wonderful small group tour of four persons guided by the lovely Fadia who made the whole experience so much more. The information provided by Fadia prior to entry to view the Alfresco elevated the experience to another level and so satisfying.

Di Vinci Last Supper Tickets and Guideed Tour - A must when you visit Milan. I brought my ticket thru Musement on line costing £62 ( Sept 2025 prices) with a tour guide. I recommend taking a guide as they can tell you all about the picture and why Leonardo took 3 years to paint the picture. Plus what is happening in the picture and other aspects to the masterpiece. The tour last 1 hour and you only have 15 mins inside the room were the painting is. There is a cafe opposite the church Santa Maria delle Grazie.

We were informed that the... - We were informed that the Last Super was closed for the day due to a strike so our tour was cancelled when in reality it wasn't as we saw people entering the building. Fortunately my daughter was able to contact a Viator representative and we were able to get our tickets but not a guided tour.

Good experience but very expensive - Guide and experience good. However tour cost is very expensive. Guide was good, and well organised. However compared to direct booking for entry Viator cost is very high

Good not great - Great thing to see the true work of a Master. The lecture at the beginning was not as impactful as it could have been.

Don't trust the scheduled time. - Don't trust the scheduled time; they change it as desired a few weeks before the day, and they insist on it. It's best to buy directly from the official website. We had a 10 a.m. appointment, but they changed it to 8:20 a.m., much earlier, and despite the complaints from our contacts, they made us arrive much earlier than we should have.

Confirmed Booking Canceled 5 Days Before Tour - My experience with Viator was completely unacceptable. I booked a Da Vinci's Last Supper tour months in advance and had a confirmed reservation. However, on September 18, just five days before the tour, my confirmed booking was unexpectedly canceled by Viator. After spending hours on your live chat with multiple agents, I was finally told that the cancellation was due to an "overbooking" by the venue. This is not a valid reason. Viator sold me a confirmed ticket for an event that was already full. The responsibility to manage inventory and honor a confirmed booking lies with Viator, not the customer. To make matters worse, your customer service team refused to provide a solution or even connect me with a supervisor. This last-minute cancellation for a time-restricted, high-demand experience completely ruined a key part of my trip and demonstrated a severe lack of accountability. I will never book with Viator again.
