We’re fond of this locale for its residential vibe and its convenience for accessing tourist hotspots like Garibaldi, CityLife, or Corso Sempione, which leads directly to the Arco della Pace. The culinary arts hold a special place in our hearts.

Cooking is a heritage that runs in my family: I’m the descendant of an extraordinary chef who imparted to me the culinary customs of Tuscany from a tender age, from pappa al pomodoro to panzanella to handcrafted pici. My father, a seasoned chef, has also shared with me some well-kept culinary secrets. Our passion lies in savoring, preparing, and most importantly, sharing our culinary creations with friends.

Examples of risottos that will be determined in consultation with guests:

  • Autumn-Winter course outline: Risotto alla Milanese, Mushroom risotto, Mushroom and sausage risotto, Pear and gorgonzola risotto
  • Spring-Summer course outline: Milanese style risotto, Risotto mantecato with seasonal veggies and gorgonzola cream sauce, Seafood risotto, Franciacorta risotto

To conclude the evening, we will provide each guest with a souvenir

Great! - Class in a nice private apartment on the north side of Milan. Easy to get to. The instructors are a very friendly couple with excellent English. Class was comprehensive and hands on. Food was amazing. I ate too much! I highly recommend.
