Piazzale Lagosta, 7 - During your cooking experience you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, tiramisù and gnocchi.
An experienced chef will teach you the best techniques and will guide you during the whole process.
All the dishes that we prepare will have a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option.
We’ll start from the tiramisù, completely from scratch, making the tiramisù cream and assembling your own one, which will need to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
You’ll learn, step by step, how to make pasta from scratch, how to prepare the perfect sauce and how to cook your pasta properly.
You’ll also make Gnocchi from scratch, we’ll prepare the truffle sauce and we’ll bake your own dish to make the cheesy gnocchi just a little crunchy on top!
All of this, accompanied by a fabulous wine tasting, with both white and red top class Italian wines

Do it! You will be happy you did! - Booked this experience day of. It was the highlight of our visit to Milano. You will not leave hunger and will want to take these 2 chefs home with you! Two Great pasta dishes, a dessert and wine all make for a great experience

Highly Recommended - Excellent experience overall. We learned a lot about Italian cuisine, regions, pasta types and a lot more. The chefs are incredibly personal and engaging. And the resulting food was one of our best meals while visiting Milan. Highly recommended.

Excellent learning/dining experience! - The class was fun, educational and interesting. Our party of 3 was mixed with another pleasant couple of 2 and all were attentive and there to learn new things and share personal experiences. The food was excellent and the recipes were provided via email afterwards. Cant wait to try them at home. Only negative was the location was difficult to find but the host contacted us via telephone and was able to help us with directions. This was a bit more expensive than other experiences but was well worth it. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Lots of Fun and Tasty Results - I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Liu made cooking fun and her class was very educational. My husband and I had a private cooking session with Liu while in Milan and were lucky to find her. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable while also being down-to-earth and personable. I am not a very good cook and awkward in the kitchen, but Liu took the time to show us how to make a delicious meal with great explanations and a little of the science behind her technique and approach to cooking. I highly recommend this experience when in Milan.

Must do Milan cooking experience - We had an amazing cooking experience with Liu. It ended up being just me and my friend as the others cancelled last minute.
We made Tiramisu, handmade gnocchi with béchamel sauce baked with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and handmade ricotta ravioli with a tomato and shallots sauce topped with a Parmesan and pepper cream.
We are confident that we will be able to make it all there at home. It was our best tasting meal by far on our trip.
It also included Prosecco and wine
We highly recommend booking a cooking experience with Liu.
We had not been to that part of Milan and it was nice to experience another part of the city.
