Must visit in Italy! - Chloe was our guide, and with her, we learned a lot about this beautiful city. Milan isn't just about fashion, Milan is also about architecture. We were able to see various buildings, like the Milan Cathedral and the famous galleries. Milan's beautiful center makes it a must-see in Italy.

The tour staff is very professional, the history and culture of the attractions are clearly explained - There is a notice to change the collection time and location before the trip, there is a question whether the tour attractions are the same, the answer is the same, but the actual tour location is different from the attractions when purchasing online tickets.

Disappointing, walk shorter than advertised and did not visit all places listed. - The walk was a little over 2 hours rather than the advertised 3 hours. The guide lost the interest of most of the group possibly because of his strong accent and rush to finish early . He then got frustrated and rude.
We did not visit all the places listed in the description and some we saw from a distance eg that’s the castle down there with only brief explanation. The last 30 minutes then became recommendations on where to eat, which I was neither interested in or part of the advertised walk.
I thought a small group tour would be better than large free tour but regret this decision.
I have asked for a 50% refund as I did find out a bit about Milan but nearly 3 weeks later have heard nothing back.

Information given said 2... - Information given said 2 hour tour but it was 3 hours and 2 couples left early. Tour guide, Mateo very sweet but did NOT speak English well enough to be understood. So we went to many places but have no idea what significance or history it had.

Milan walking tour - poor guide experience - We have done a number of similar tours in other cities, so we have some fair comparisons.
We do have several comments to make which we hope you will respond to and action.
1. Matteo was unprofessionally dressed, very scruffy, had no official badge/lanyard or other identification.
2. His English and speech was quite poor which made it difficult to follow his information/descriptions.
3. The tour did not follow the full described route and timings. E.g. we only saw the Castello Sforzesco from a distance briefly (as per other reviews). Description was 20 mins.
4. It was not appropriate that he took us into a supermarket to try and persuade us to buy beer. No one wanted nor asked for this. This was clearly self motivated.
5. The tour ended by the canals around 4.30pm and we were not guided back to the Duomo, the stated end point.
6. Latterly there were lots of restaurant and bar suggestions - these were not asked for or anticipated by any of the tour members.
Our first negative impressions of Matteo were unfortunately borne out as the tour progressed.
We do not feel he is a suitable tour guide for all the above reasons, and is not a good representative for your company.
We await your response and hope these comments are helpful.

Certainly not the tour I thought we signed up for. I would not use this operator - Where to begin? We signed up for this 2 hour tour and was very surprised when after 1.5 hours we stopped for a 25 minute break at a bar. At the 3 hour mark half of us walked off of the tour. After I responded to a text from the operator he informed me that the tour is actually 3 hours so beware, the trip advisor page still lists it at 2 hours.
That was the highlight. The tour guide mumbled in very heavily accented english, gave very descriptive explanations in the churches but little else. The "20 minute stop" at the Sforzesco Castle was in reality a mention and a pointing from about 3 blocks away. Brera, still don't know if we were ever there. It felt as if we wandered aimlessly. I could go on forever complaining about this tour. Oh yeah, we made a second stop at a bar so that the guide could get his second Aperol Spritz.
I would avoid this tour at all cost. I have written 400 reviews and have never recommended this before.
