An efficient tour of three top sites in Milano (~3 hrs) - I had only a morning free and this was perfect. The tour guide learnt all of our countries/cities of origin within seconds and it was fun way to communicate with her and others. We had an exclusive experience in the original opera house (the heart of Milano), then a grand tour of the basilica (the soul of Milano), and then a lovely stroll to the castle. Our guide was hilarious and engaging. I highly recommend!

Very intersting tour. - We really enjoyed this tour as our guide, who sadly I cannot remember her name, was very knowledgeable and made the stories and facts she related very interesting and easy to understand. La Scala is beautiful and interesting to see the newsreels showing famous people visiting in the past.
Sadly, we were unable to visit the Duomo as there was a celebration of new priests arriving and it was closed for the morning. However, we were given plenty of notice of this and a refund of this portion of our tour.

Definitely recommend - Our guide was so knowledgeable and she shared so many interesting facts about Milan and the cultural sites we were visiting. She was patient and flexible with the group. I learnt a lot and had heaps of time to look at everything. I really enjoyed this tour.
It was a bit sad we couldn't see inside La Scala because of a filming, but its well advertised that this is a risk, so that's okay. We were offered tickets to go the next day, but sadly, I was leaving and couldn't do it.

Morning tour was the way to go! - Samantha was so knowledgeable and did an excellent job pointing out small things I may not have noticed otherwise. Going in the morning provided us more access with less people interfering with the tour.

Tour overview - Our tour guide was excellent and was very knowledgeable on each of the three areas visited. Unfortunately there was a problem in getting access to the Duomo which upset several other tour members. It meant the time at the Duomo was very rushed and the tour time was extended. Not the guide’s fault but definitely poor admin somewhere which marred the tour,
