Money well spent - Good organizations and good guides.
We stay in Milan and Como trip was great addition. We wouldn't be able to see all the attractions by ourselves.

Beautiful Lake Como in a day from Milan. - Great trip by this company. Comfortable double decker bus. On time. Short drive to Lake Como. Nice tour boat ride and a few hours in Bellagio. Our guides Guillermo and Rafaela were informative and entertaining. Marcelo our bus driver did a great job. A beautiful place to visit if only for a short while. No toilet on the bus however so be prepared. The brief visit to Como was not too exciting but there is a beautiful church in the town. Very crowded town with tourists groups in late September.

The lake portion and the... - The lake portion and the views are EPIC. Make sure you plan the activities for the Bellagio 'Free' time and know what/where you want to go. Otherwise, you'll be wondering around the town with no direction.

Just Transportation - We enjoyed the trip to Lake Como, Bellagio and the town of Como.
The trip was fast paced which was to be expected when covering so much ground in one day. But I was very disappointed with the tour itself. We booked an english tour but both guides on our trip gave the tour in english and spanish. Our guide was hard to hear and understand and he did not pause or transition between the languages well. I found it distracting and it did not add value to the tour. Several people in our group just shut off the headset out of fustration. I live in a community with both english and spanish speakers. I am acustom to this accomoaditon but this was not done well on this tour. I hope they can do better in the future.

Disappointing tour. - Not an exclusive tour. The first boat trip from Bellano to Bellagio was exclusive to our group and very enjoyable as the villages are so pretty. However, the commentary was poor, radio receivers not working well. What we could hear was very uninteresting. The guide was very offhand about the radio failure.
Only an hour for lunch and no real escorted tour of Bellagio other than a quick walk from the dock to the village.
We were then headed onto the public ferry to Como town. The boat was already crowded, no provision for our group to sit. We had to fight our way through a crowd to the stern where a nice Japanese couple shuffled over to allow us to perch on the edge of their bench. The guides were conspicuous by their absence. There was no commentary at all for this "cruise" , which was no more than the public ferry down the lake. 3 hours of this was soul destroying.
When we arrived in Como we were told that this would be a brief stop due to timing. After pointing towards the Cathedral the guide disappeared. We grabbed a quick meal, looked inside the Cathedral then met the group again the main square. Wexwere told that the coach couldn't come to us, despite other buses passing frequently. So we were led on a forced march through the more unsalubrious back streets to get back on the coach.
This was a poorly organised "tour". My advice, DIY. Take the Milan to Varenna train then the ferry to Bellagio and Lecco and back. Then train to Como. Spend as long as you like then train back to Milan.
I can't recommend this trip.
