It was a lovely... - It was a lovely experience to visit these places. The ride was all the more better due to our guide Mario as well...

Rain could not stop us - For what turned into an unforeseen rainy day (forecast was cloudy in Genoa, Rapallo and Portofino) our guides were very good and kept us engaged. Mario especially was our leader throughout and he kept us on track and well informed. Our Genoa tour guide (I’m sorry to not recall her name) was seemingly expert on the various locations and palaces/mansions of the legendary wealthy families of the port city. She greatly enhanced that expedience despite the dreary weather.
In Portofino the weather improved and it made for a fun visit. Too quick though as it was so beautiful to want to stay longer.
Our stopover in Rapallo to have lunch and catch the ferry to Portofino was fine but impacted by the weather.
In hindsight we felt it would be better in the future to make this stop much shorter to allow for more time in Portofino. We’d rather have had lunch there with the extra time.
All said this was a very good trip with excellent guides. Again, Mario was great and our coach driver (Dominic?) was superb- a real professional to drive those narrow roads.

Genoa and Portofino tour - Fantastic tour! Monica, tour director, was very informative and easy to listen to. The local guide in Genoa was also excellent. Some of the Genoa tour is done on the bus and some of it is walking. It gave you a good taste of the city. Portofino was actually a very small area but you had time to explore all of it. Monica gave directions on the best way to go to see everything. Highly recommend this tour.

Very nice tour - This is very good introduction to the area. The tour was well organized and the tour guide, Mario, was very responsible and looked after us properly.
The walking tour in Genova was great too. The local guide is very knowledgeable gave us a very detailed / in-depth introduction to the city.
Overall, we’ve fully enjoyed this tour😄😄👍🏻

Genoa and Portofino Day... - Genoa and Portofino Day Trip from Milan:
It was a wonderful experience going to Genoa and Portofino with our tour guide Monica, our local guide Antonella and safe, driver Hamas. Monica was very knowledgeable, pleasant and responsible tour guide from Zani Viaggi. She made recommendations on the way to enhance our experience in each city we visited. Beautiful day started in Genao with bus/walking tour in with Antonella. My husband and I found it very informative. Lovely stop for lunch in beautiful town Rapolla. We ate their local cuisine recommended by Monica. It was an amazing meal. Our last stop Portofino, is the most beautiful and picturesque place on Italian Riviera coast. It was a very pleasant and memorable day. We highly recommend this tour.

Fun tour of the coast - I enjoyed this unique tour. Our guide Mario was fantastic, very knowledgeable and interesting. He took great care of our group through the many parts of the day. We took a large bus from Milan to Genoa with a rest stop on the way. A local guide joined us in Genoa to guide us around the city both on the bus (due to weather) and walking. It was raining and we had to change plans a bit as the boats from Genoa to Portofino weren’t running. Mario got our small group of about 15 people instead onto a train to enjoy some free time for lunch in beautiful Santa Margerita, then a small crowded bus on the windy road to Portofino. We had some free time there to explore. It was a busy day but I’m glad I did it.

Not worth the price, no back up if boats cancelled - Not really worth for the price. I really appreciate our guide's efforts, but it was a rainy day and the boats were cancelled. So we didn't get to go on the boat and had to do a long trip on buses and trains. There should be a back up plan for days with bad weather.

Beautiful Portofino! - The Tour company organize a Beautiful Day to Portofino and other small Towns!
Everything went according to departure time and arrival time back into Milano…
Monica, the Tour guide, is very rude in her tone with the customers.. I was warned from reviews about her and I experienced it first hand.. she needs to learn how to address customers when she is speaking with them..
This is a customer service industry?
Even though it rained throughout the day, it was a beautiful experience. I’ve been waiting to see Portofino for 20 years.
