Como Lake is must Visit once you are in Milan Italy - Como Lake is one of the best attraction in Milan city to visit this Lake. You need to be at the Central Milano Metro Station. From there. You need to take a private train, which cost you around 5 to 7 euros for one side and return ticket will cost you same price around 5 to 7 euros, and there are many ATMs from where you can book your return tickets from the Central Milano Metro station itself, it took around 40 to 45 minutes from Milano Central Metro Station to Como Lake. The experience was fantastic. In fact, I loved the vibe of the place. There are many restaurants nearby and people were coming with family and friends at the Centre of Como Lake. The statue was great in the middle of the Lake, wherein we clicked many pictures. it was an amazing experience to visit the Como Lake in Milan.

A trip worth booking - My friend and I had a great experience with Zani Tours operator. The hotel pickup was perfectly on time, the drive by bus to Lake Como was smooth and the guides did a fantastic job talking about the history of the place. Everything was well organized. 100% recommended.

Beautiful views and enjoyable visits - If you are meeting at Milan Centrale note that the stop is across the street. Private boat cruise was extra special because we had a nice and small group which enhanced our experience. The views on the drive albeit long was beautiful. We were quite impressed with our driver who managed the sometimes narrow and winding roads with precision and care. The day started off rainy and overcast but by the time we reached our boat cruise, the weather cleared up. The views while onboard the private cruise were breathtaking. Our guides Angelo and Raffaele made it entertaining adding in humor with facts about the area while pointing out significant places of interest. We were given adequate time to visit both Bellagio and Como and very clear instructions from beginning to end. If they recommend places to eat at, go with their recommendations! We enjoyed our meals tremendously! It was quite an enjoyable and relaxing day. Great way to see a different part of Italy. Make sure you request Angelo and Raffaele.

Anna was a fantastic guide. She made sure that everyone had everything they needed. She even loaned us her map of Como. - Lake Como is so beautiful! It is a long day so be prepared to bring your walking shoes. We were tired on the way home and didn't think we even wanted to stop at the town of Como but Anna made it so interesting that we were revived. It was well worth every minute.

Lake Como was fantastic.... - Lake Como was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed. Maybe our last stop we could have missed because there wasn’t a lot of time. Anna Angelo and Victor did a great job. Driving on some of the hills was beautiful but scary. Victor was a great driver

Not “private” at all; Not-so friendly guides as well - First, there is nothing “private” about this “private” cruise except for the 45-min ferry ride in Lake Comp. Everything else was done via public transportation with the public. The tour guide Majella (not sure about the spelling) shouts at the microphone, maybe she doesn’t know that a microphone amplifies voice. She’s not very friendly either — if you ask questions, she’ll either say “I already said that earlier” or “I’ll talk about it later”. Girl, we ask questions because we can’t understand you. None of that screaming makes sense. She made us take a picture of the map rather than giving us maps (what’s a few pennies worth of paper when we’ve all paid a hundred euros each?); her board that says where to meet up is _not_ the place were supposed to meet up. See that’s why we have to ask time and time again just to confirm what she means coz she’s either incomprehensible or disorganised. Anyway, maybe it’s the tour guide not the tour itself but this wasn’t worth the €100.

Maybe because our tour... - Maybe because our tour was in the off season, our English speaking tour was combined with a Spanish tour. The going back and forth between languages was distracting and the info we received limited. Our tour guide, though nice, was difficult to understand and unclear with info like meeting places. I have been on lots of viator tours in many countries and this by far has been the worst.
