Stunningly beautiful Lake Como and Belaggio Tour - Lake Como and Bellagio are one of the most beautiful locations I have visited and the experience during the tour was absolutely fantastic. Elma was our guide and informed us about all the places we were visiting and was an absolutely wonderful guide throughout. She also recommended us restaurants and locations which we should visit during our free time at the various locations. It's almost a 9 hour trip from Milan to Como and back but totally worth it. Would definitely recommend visiting Lake Como on this tour.

Amazing! - The tour was great, Sabrina is an excellent tour guide and shared tons of interesting details throughout the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the the sightseeing and the boat ride. The agency is also very flexible and allowed us to join from Como and not Milan to make it more convenient. 100% recommend!

Lake Como & Bellagio are a must see when travelling to italy - Lake Como was stunning with all the amazing villas. Bellagio was also beautiful with a great place to do some shopping and have a delicious meal. Chiara our tour guide was outstanding. Very informative and a wealth of knowledge.

Do it! - The entire day was fantastic…well organised, extremely helpful guide (Barbara) and driver (Philippe) could not do more to assist…not to mention the knowledge of the area and places to eat/visit and top photo spots!!! Overall a must do in a small group tour 👍👍👍

Relaxing and well organised . - Great tour , our guide Alessandro had given lots of information about Como and Bellagio. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to hear on the headsets while out on the boat due to poor weather conditions .Apart from that it was lovely to have some time exploring the town and doing some window shopping .

Not enjoyable - Lake Como is beautiful but there are many other lakes that are comparable if not better in Europe. Perhaps, it is because I do not know its history. The guide assigned did not appear to have passion in her work compared to other guides I had brief encounter with on the boat ride. We were each given a headset to listen to her occasional narration while we were seated randomly in the boat (3 levels) base on personal preference and availability. There were static over the headset for the 1st 10mins of the ride. Could not hear a single word she was saying. She was mumbling most of the rest of the time. She introduced quite a number of famous villas along the lake, but I could hardly identify any one of them. E.g. she said “To your left, you could see a white villa……” but there were 2-3 white villas on the left and I had no inkling which one she was talking about. Also, the boat is big and quite crowded. Most of the villas were on the left side, but my family and I were seated on the right side. We could hardly see the views on the left. If you have signed up for this tour, remember to sit on the left side of the boat in relation to the travel direction. Sometimes, the guide mentioned names of historical figures, but without any description. She simply assumed everyone knows the history well enough to know who she is talking about. Sadly, I don’t. We were given an hour at Como and 2hr (including lunch break) at Bellagio. Bellagio is a beautiful place and 2hr was not enough for lunch + exploration/ shopping imo. At the end of our time at Bellagio, we had to walk a long journey (uphill) to get to the coach. About 15-20mins. Not recommended if you have young kids or seniors with walking issues. Overall, my family and I did not enjoy this tour.
