Great Lake experience - Beautiful scenery on Lake Como. Towns were exquisite and tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and agreeable.

Must do Lake Como experience - A full day Lake Como experience with opportunities to sample the local cuisine, shopping and attractions. A must do for travelers with lots to see and enjoy.

Beautiful place. Don't miss it while visiting Milan. - We had an enjoyable day trip in Lake Como and Bellagio. So many beautiful and relaxing areas . Strongly recommended to those having sightseeing in Milan, must go. Viator app. provides comfortable coach with excellent Tour Guide. Boat cruise were included as well. Strongly recommended to all who travel in Europe.

We were treated with kindness & compassion in a difficult zituation - The sights, sounds, & tastes were absolutely fantastic! Our guides were knowledgeable and took us to wonderful places where the scenery was brilliant. I especially enjoyed the boat ride.

A great day out! - Lake Como is beautiful and Bellagio is a quaint little town. Our guide Lina was great! She was informative, helpful and had a friendly, bubbly personality. The driver Renato was amazing too. We had a great day.

Time sensitive tour - This was a nice trip if you don't want to drive to Lake Cuomo. The time in Bellagio was short. My family and I would have liked to spend more time here. However, this is a time sensitive tour. Especially with the amount of people who attend. I suggest to stay a few days in and around Lake Cuomo to get a real holiday stay and experience each area.

Late leaving due to 3 guests who were extremely late returning to the bus. . - The beauty of the lake and villas are remarkable. Our guide, Lina, was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, when 3 guests did not return on time as required, she accommodated them and caused the rest of the guests to be very frustrated. Those 3 young people were 30 minutes late returning. Their unacceptable behavior caused us to return much later than expected. We should have left them to return by train as Lina kept referring to, but she allowed it.

A big DON’T - A big DONT! We faced a major traffic congestion outside Como (over 2 hours stuck in traffic entering Como)! Because of this we missed the boat to Bellagio (private boat tour and we missed ???!!)! We traveled via bus towards villa Carlota and we took a boat towards Varenna. We spend 40 minutes to Varenna and then we went to Bellagio for 35 minutes (!!!) with public boat and from there we returneed to Como via bus (after spending 7 minutes to pass the lake again on board )! Finally we spent 20 minutes at Como! If you want to see the lake don’t use this tour! It was a day full of delays and no time to see anything

HORRIBLE - IF I COULD GIVE THIS NO STARS I WOULD. The itinerary is a lie. I have booked many tours through Viator, all being wonderful except this one. While the tour provider may have said the tour was regular it was extremely falsely advertised. We booked in May and the trip was supposed to have a 2 hour boat ride, we barely were on the boat an hour. That was one of the reasons we booked this tour and we did not receive what we paid for. Also we were supposed to stop in the city of Como first, which they bypassed and did at the end of the day during rush hour. Had the itinerary been followed we would not have been on the bus for the additional hours of traffic. The advertisement also did not state how long of a time you would be on the bus, and said we would pass by sights however our tour guide never pointed any of those sights out to us. She also left half of the group in the middle of the city at a stop light in the rain without looking back. Even if you cannot offer a refund your advertisement needs to be changed. I expected the itinerary to be followed when booking this and after the ride for us as well as other tourists it was not, causing much distress for the ride.
