Mixed feelings - The tour guide was late, and no purple flag. Calling out for "the 11:30 tour people " wasn't efficient and confused some other people waiting for their guide. However, once in, she was terrific.

Very okay - The guide was really very competent. An entertaining hour where you can learn things that are not in every tourist guide. And the view from the lodge to the theatre is really impressive. I think the price is a bit high.

Unexpected - Of course I've wanted to go to La Scala for a long time, but I was disappointed, puzzled, still can't find any reviews In short, the production of Eugene Onegin itself was not liked, but that is not the main point The acoustics were nothing. Nothing was really heard, the opera is in Russian, sung by the wonderful Aida Garifullina, and the other parts are mostly Russian , and the voices are understandably fine, but some kind of porridge, and that is not only my opinion My company, everyone noted it, and it was perplexing.

Ok, but .. - The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but unlike the other tour groups we saw there, she did not provide earbuds and use a mic. So when she spoke, using her appropriate museum voice, only the 2 or 3 people immediately adjacent to her could hear what she was saying. We might as well have visited the museum on our own
