Excellent - Very good experience, high professionalism, and friendly treatment of the guides. We recommend that in places you visit for the first time you take a “walking tour” to get the general idea of the place. If you are familiar with the place can be very illustration.

Beautiful Theater! - Beautiful theater! I am so glad we were able to see it. Our tour guide (forgot her name) was so knowledgeable and explained the history and workings of the theater. I loved the museum! She told us in detail about the many items and pictures in the museum. It was very interesting, especially seeing the instruments from the past.

Merging the past and the present in Genova with Karl. - Karl Ziegler was an excellent guide; knowledgeable, engaging and open to questions. He is a great storyteller and weaves the history and culture of Genova into adventurous tales of the Genovese. Karl knows his history with dates and historical gems that allow you to understand how this great city developed. He weaves the past into the present. Highly recommended.

Our guide seemed... - Our guide seemed distracted although he was informative. Four others didn’t show so the tour was just the two of us. We only were able to look into the theatre from a box upstairs rather than going down into the theatre. The museum was interesting. We could have skipped this tour though.

The tour you need to know everything about La Scala, the history of Opera … and more. - The tour was nice and La Scala is very impressive. We learned a lot, yet at some point the details about the history of the world of Opera was getting a bit much. Our guide was super friendly and clearly passionate, it was just a bit long for the last part to listen to him for 50 minutes standing still most of the time , no matter how interesting the guide was.
