An Amazing evening with Niccolo - A wonderful evening with Niccolò and Francesca. We were immediately made to feel at home and welcomed. Niccolo was amazing and his passion for Italian cuisine was apparent from the very beginning, His expertise and love for teaching were highlight’s of the evening. The simple ingredients that comprise an authentic Italian meal resulted in a dining experience that was memorable in every way. If you are considering a cooking class I would highly recommend the experience with Niccolo.

Best dinner experience - My husband and I along with by 3 boys booked this for our trip to Milan. They were fully entertained and enjoyed ever moment of our time with Nikolo and his wife Francesca. we learned how to make pasta and different shapes as well has 2 sauces to go with it. The chocolate cake we had was devine. He shaped his grandma homemade olive oil with us and his homemade limoncello. So glad we book this!

Best Cooking Experience in Milan! - Amazing experience with my family. From the second we arrived they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids had a blast, they're still talking about. The pasta came out amazing, they explained every step of the way. Can't wait to try and recreate at home.

Unforgettable Culinary Experience in Milan! - This hands-on cooking class in Milan was amazing! The entire experience was educational, fun, and incredibly inspiring. The chef was skilled and knowledgeable as well as passionate and engaging. We prepared delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients, and the food and wine pairing was excellent. It was a true taste of authentic Italian cuisine, simple yet flavorful. We definitely left with new skills, great memories, and a full stomach! Highly recommend this experience while in Milan!!

Spectacular hands-on cooking class in Milan, Italy - Highly recommend the Casa Pastrocchi cooking class when visiting Milan, Italy! This class is hands-on, engaging, and so much fun. We learned a lot and enjoyed every minute of the experience. You’re welcomed into their beautiful home with a stunning cheese and meat tray, paired perfectly with delicious wine. The presentation alone was spectacular! We made a variety of pastas and tiramisu, all absolutely delicious. They even shared their homemade limoncello, which was amazing. We ended up buying a couple of bottles and were so glad we did. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole experience was unforgettable. An absolute must-do in Milan!

12/10 experience!!! - If you’ve ever wanted to cook like an Italian nonna but with fewer wrinkles and more wine, Niccolò’s home-based cooking class is where you want to be. From the moment we walked into his charming Italian kitchen, Niccolò had us laughing, learning, and kneading dough like pros. He’s got the warmth of your favorite uncle and the culinary wisdom of a man who clearly knows his ravioli from his elbow. We chopped, sautéed, rolled pasta like little Italian artisans, all while sipping Tuscan wine and swapping stories like old friends. By the end of the class, our stomachs were full, our hearts were fuller, and we may or may not have vowed to name our fifth child "Pasta alla Niccolò." He ended the class with our freshly made Tiramisu, made with his secret ingredient, a dessert wine to pair and got to sample his delicious homemade Limoncello! To top it off, his gift to us was so sweet and thoughtful and the best souvenir to go home with (you’ll have to book this class to find out what it is!) Book this class. Your inner foodie (and your taste buds) will thank you!! Grazie, Niccolo!

A Great Choice - This was a very fun night with Niccolo and Francesca. There were to be 4 guests but two cancelled on short notice so we had a private event. Niccolo made the food prep easy and the cooking fun. The results were amazing and with Niccolo’s suggestion for wine, the meal was unforgettable. We mentioned that we were off to Tuscany later in the week and Niccolo suggested restaurants to visit “where the locals eat.” Don’t miss this hands on cooking class. If you had to make a choice between this class and seeing The last Supper, I say skip The Last Supper and have the best supper.

A Milan Treat - This experience was the highlight of our trip to Italy! Niccolo and Francesca were so welcoming, funny and knowledgeable. We laughed and ate until we couldn’t anymore! I worked closely with Niccolo on the menu and also on the wine selection we added on - he’s a sommelier and had wonderful champagne suggestions. They made the cooking easy and fun and the meal we prepared was one of the best we had on our trip. Treat yourself to an experience with Niccolo and Francesca!
