• Sacred Mount Calvary of Domodossola - Begin your journey from Milan on a high-speed train heading to Domodossola, the final Italian stop before reaching the Swiss border. This marks the start of your adventure on the “Green Train of the Alps!”

The train ride takes you through the Simplon Pass, renowned as one of Switzerland’s most stunning crossings. As you traverse the Alps, your experienced English-speaking guide will unveil the mysteries of the mountains and valleys that unfold before you.

• Schloss Spiez - After approximately 2 hours of awe-inspiring views, you will arrive in Spiez, located on the shores of Lake Thun. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely lunch (not included) before embarking on a cruise to Interlaken aboard a state-of-the-art steamboat.

While crossing the lake, seize the opportunity to capture photos of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, three iconic mountains whose distinctive shapes are mirrored in the lake’s light blue waters.

• Interlaken - Upon reaching Interlaken, take time to explore the charming architecture or stroll along the shore, where you can admire hang gliders gracefully soaring over the snow-capped Alps in the distance.

In addition to the stunning scenery, be sure to sample some of the world’s finest Swiss chocolate at one of the many local specialty chocolatiers scattered throughout the town.

In the late afternoon, board the train back to Domodossola, and then return to Milan on a comfortable, air-conditioned coach.
