Perfect Evening in a Magical Place - Absolutely perfect experience! Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Duomo and Milan. We moved efficiently around the property and were so happy we opted for this guided tour. The restroom situation is odd. The public-access toilets on the side of the Duomo are convenient and cost two Euros and are some of the only options. Wonderful tour!!

A must-do for visitors to the Duomo - Our guide, Massimo, is engaging and super informative. He was very generous with his time, and shared both historic and fun facts. We could tell he is passionate about his work and his city. This duomo tour - especially the terraces - is an absolute must for visitors to Milano. Our tour was in Italian, and Hidden Experiences reached out to me to be sure that I didn’t make a mistake and book in the wrong language. Communication from booking to the date of the tour was excellent. We were fortunate to have a great guide and a perfect day. From the rooftop we could see all the way to the Alps! Highly recommend.

Jada was a lovely tour... - Jada was a lovely tour guide for us. The check in was a bit hectic with a larger group but it all worked out. Hearing from her about the history of the work and da Vinci was wonderful as you are staring at the masterpiece. The walk after really focused on the sforza castle, a bit of the duomo, and the Gallery. I qmybe would have liked to add a few more places in but I know there is limited time.

Fantastic tour - great guide - In the middle of November, on a slightly foggy day, there were no crowds at all, so we didn’t need to skip any lines. However, I would highly recommend this tour. Simone was a wonderful guide, sharing great insights about the church, its architecture and art.

Private Tour of Milan Duomo - We had an excellent experience with our tour guide Lorella. She had a vast knowledge of the Duomo, both inside and out, and shared her insights with us willingly. We had a private tour (just our group of 3) as we learnt that this tour company never cancels on their bookings, and were very grateful for this unique opportunity. Would highly recommend this tour company, and specifically, our tour guide Lorella who ensured we had an excellent experience and provided us with personalised recommendations for the rest of our time in Milan. Wonderful experience - An amazing opportunity to experience this incredible Duomo. Visiting the roof was a great highlight with amazing views of Milan and the fun of just walking around up there. The inside of the Duomo was beautiful and wonderfully explained by our guide. For several of us in our group of five, this was our favorite Duomo that we visited in Italy.

Wonderful visit to the Duomo and roof terraces. - Excellent tour with Alice who gave us a local’s perspective of the cathedral (which is simply astounding!). The visit to the roof terraces was wonderful. Appreciated the lift access on the way up!

Very nice tour guide,... - Very nice tour guide, shared a lot of interesting history and details of the duomo. Was easy to meet for the tour. Beautiful inside and out. For the rooftop access, able to take an elevator for part, and some steps. Steps for the entire descent but not difficult. Very enjoyable

I was at the meeting... - I was at the meeting place 20 minutes earlier than I needed to be. I could not find the tour group. I tried calling the number on my confirmation and no one picked up. I ended up buying my own ticket to enter the Duomo. Very disappointed that I had no way to find or even contact the tour group leader.
