Memorable day trip - Scenic views along the trip. We travelled in February and all was snow covered. Very informative tour guide, Daniele, was outstanding, with commentary & clear instructions along the whole trip. Excellent driver Fabio & Daniele guaranteed a safe and most enjoyable trip. Time in Como was a bit short for a comfortable stroll. Otherwise a recommendable tour.

Simona best tour guide for Lake Como, Red Bernia train, & St. Moris - If you get Simona as your tour guide, you will not be disappointed! Her personality just shines and she is friendly, approachable, and knows how to keep the crowd entertained. She did our tour in English & Spanish. Additionally, if you get Alessandro as your bus driver, he will get you back to your destination safely. Thank you two for making our first time magical.

Recommended for a relaxed day trip to St. Moritz from Milan - The tour arranged for the Bernina Express was incredible. We were two families, comprising 4 adults and 3 kids. Our tour guide, Simona, was exceptional, and our driver, Erico, was a superstar, safely navigating us through the precarious steep slopes on the way back from St. Moritz. It was good value for our money.

Fascinating trip - Claudia was a superb guide and Flavio the driver was cool. The tour started late due to operational reasons and some guests have no concept of time management. We didnt have enough time to roam around to the 2 areas.

Lots to See Her Little Time at Each Venue - The tour attempted too much into the time allotted, which made everyone rush through the day without enjoying each venue. Perhaps the train ride and Lake Como should be separate tours.

Meh - It was ok. Tour guide didn’t really provide insights other than script. Best thing was that I didn’t have to plan anything but honestly, I could have planned it all myself and had a similar experience.

Not recommended - Don't do it. Almost too many reasons to list. Really regretted it. Too far from Milan. Not at all suitable for kids - 4 hours spent on a bus and that was just to get to Tirano, so still had 2 hours of train journey and another 4 hours of bus journey after that. Bus broke down and was unable to take us back to Milan. Had to get a taxi for $700 after waiting 4 hours and not hearing from the company. The "guide" offered no help at all, but to be fair, it seemed like he was left stranded as well. Terrible experience and a very expensive mistake. I'm afraid I can't recommend it.
