- The day of the trip, you must bring with you your original Passport or similar document valid for expatriation
- Meeting time 15 minutes before departure please be on time
- Timings might change according to logistic needs or traffic conditions
- If you select the “Tour with Standard Carriage” option, please note that on Saturdays, Sundays, until October 26th (inclusive) you will travel on the Bernina Express with panoramic carriages. Enjoy the free upgrade and a more scenic experience!
- From October 27th until December 11th (inclusive), the panoramic train WILL NOT be available. During this period, the journey will take place on the standard carriage train, with the price adjusted to reflect the change in carriage type.

An experience to remember - What a great time. Our guide was beyond nice, knowledgeable, and elevated the experience! As for the trip itself, breathtaking! I would have loved to see more snow but hey, that's not to say it wasn't worth it. Tip- do the non panoramic train for the best experience because you can open the windows and really get some great pics.

Fascinating! - We chose this option because on the day we chose to do so, there was a train strike in Italy, and we had no way to get to Tirano. In the end the excursion ended up being a much better option because we did not have to coordinate train schedules. In addition, we could see the villages of the Alps on the bus route from Milan to St. Louis. Moritz, that otherwise we would have missed. Landscapes leave you speechless, both on the way to St. Louis. Moritz like then on the train. The regular train that goes the Bernina way is spectacular, it makes no difference with Bernina Express. We were even able to open the windows. The guide Luigi accompanied us explaining in different languages the whole route in a very friendly way and that denoted a lot of knowledge of the area and the route. We very much appreciate your patience and sharing your land with us

Wonderful panoramic views - The train ride is spectacular, with magnificent views. St. Moritz is small, but it looks like something out of a fairy tale. I was there in September, so the flowers, the lake, and the mountain buildings were all wonderful. The outward journey was by bus, and the return journey was by train. I booked at the last minute so I didn't get the car with a glass roof, but I must say the advantage of this one is that you can lower the windows, allowing you to appreciate the scenery and, of course, film and take photos with no glass or acrylic in between.

Eh. For the price/ do on own. - Tour guide was late to start and very very disorganized/ Rafaelle. Took him about 45 min to even say anything to group and introduce himself. He got better after that/ but the dual language info was more on Italian side. People asked questions and he didn’t share in English- we might have been interested?
He was hard to hear as well.
Driver was excellent.
I booked last minute due to delay home- but if doing again- would do on my own. Guide wasn’t really much value add.wr also spent three hours in st Moritz which was not known. Way toooo long.

Breath taking scenary - I loved the tour leader Kiara and how much she helped us and very friendly to all . What I didn’t like was the tour was supposed to be Bernina express which it was not and No Panoramic windows it was just average train but I’ve enjoyed the scenery very much.

Great trip, horrible guild. - The ride up was full of great scenery and some useful information from our guild. The stop in St Moritz was a bit lack luster as it was off season and most businesses were closed. Luckily we chose to have a fabulous lunch while in town as only snacks were available on the train.
The train ride was wonder and super scenic. The guild repeatedly spoke of the trains narrative making it difficult to hear and understand either one. The guild although knowledgable seems to have a significant issue with the Swiss and like to share that with the customers.
The bus ride back was almost double the time due to a rock slide, but issue were with the guild who became angry and aggressive when customer stated they needed to use the bathroom 5 hours into it. He eventually chose to stop at a closed roadside gas station to go to the bathroom in the bushes. This was no such a big deal for the male but was for the females who had to find appropriate supplies to do so. This showed no concern for his customers. He thens stated the driver needed a 1 hour break so we sat by the side of the road for the hour. short after getting on the way we passed a number of hotels, and other businesses that were open and would have been a better choice. We made our return 3 hours late with no apologizes about the bathroom situation.
I highly recommend the trip it was wonderful, the guild however should be avoided and should consider a profession that does not put in uncharge ofter well being.

St. Mortiz - The experience was on a very tight and cramped, crowded bus for 7 hours.
If you are tall it’s not for you.
St. Moritz was a disappointment.
It’s a modern high end shopping mall and not the quaint Swiss resort I was expecting.
The beautiful views of the Alps was the only saving grace for this day trip.
