Great experience ! - This tour was so worthwhile! I travelled solo and my guide To took great care of me and made myself including the fellow people on the tour feel very welcomed. The views on top of the mountain are breathtaking! The lunch we ate was delicious. I'd definitely do this tou again.

Great guide, stunming virws - Wester was an excellent guide ! He made sure we got to experience bioth the mountains and the gorgeous Esmeralda beach. Stunning. Lunch at Redonda mountain was simple but excellent. Had a lot of fun meeting new friends from SC too. Would recommend Dramamine before leaving if you are prone to car sickness - there are some bumpy curvy roads! 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! - Beautiful place! I highly recommend this tour. The mountain and beach was beautiful. It was nice to see some of the countryside of Dominican Republic.

Great time! - Our guide was really nice and friendly. We visited a mountain top followed, by the a beach. Unfortunately, for our group the current was too strong to go inside.

Hidden Gem Excursion - Great views from the mountain top and photo opportunities. A nice relaxing day in Dominican, with a different sort of experience than the usual trips offered. Our guide, Darwin, loved sharing his Dominican history and knowledge. He was accommodating and very pleasant. We were blessed to have shared this excursion with a family of 6 who were wonderful, which made the day better. Lunch was tasty as well. The private beach, Playa Esmeralda, was a bit rough but we all enjoyed it regardless. Darwin even stopped and purchased us all bottles of waters, on his own. He gave us the option to stop at a souvenir store, and was happy with what we decided, he truly was a super guide.

Redonda Mountain 1/2 day trip - The shuttle ride was about 50 minutes from Punta Cana and I thought it was a great way to get to see a lot more of the country. Quick trip in the four-wheel-drive vehicle up to the top and I would guess 60 to 90 minutes at the top to take in the great views of the Atlantic ocean and the country, take fun photos if you wanted, and eat a nice traditional Dominican lunch before the ride back. Solid half day trip worth the price and our guide Robinson did a great job.

Nice half day trip - A nice half day relaxing trip from Uvero Alto. We got picked up at 11.30 from the hotel. The car was comfortable. We were joined by another couple. First stop was redondo mountain which was stunning. We had a quick lunch at the restaurant there. Then made our way to the emerald bay. It was a windy day. So the waves were pretty big to go swimming. So we had about 20 min to take pictures which was sufficient. We were back at the hotel around 15.00.

A family friendly excursion in Punta Cana - Our family of six 2 adults and 4 kids were picked up by Darwin at 10 am at our resort in Bávaro. Darwin contacted us via WhatsApp the night before and coordinated our pick up time. He spoke fluent English and explained in detail what to expect. The mountain ride was not as bumpy as I expected. The photographer on top of the mountain was patient and we got amazing photos. I highly recommend this tour for families. We enjoyed zip lining for 15 US per person. Digital copies of the photos were sent to our cell phone. Lunch and drinks were provided on the mountain. Esmeralda Beach was secluded and beautiful. If you're looking for a personalized experience while in Punta Cana, go ahead and book this.

A day I won’t forget - Our driver Darwin picked us up at the hotel in a very clean and safe van. His patience and understanding with us was remarkable. Beyond that, the knowledge of history he knew and conveyed was excellent and a pleasant surprise! After a hour or so drive, we jumped into some off-road trucks with several other couples that took us to the top. I personally did not know what to expect but the view was worth the wait. The mountains on the horizon were a perfect surprise after seeing beaches all week. The swings, zip line and “aerial bike ride” were such a different and fun way to enjoy the beauty. (Some extra costs for zip lines and such) Then the package includes a massive plate of food for each of us. Including seafood and chicken both. Very tasty! Following the climb we road in the van to Emerald beach and we were not disappointed (pack swimsuit towels and even water bottles). A great place for family photos even! Again, bring a camera! On our way back, Darwin let us stop to use a washroom and check out a souvenir shop before dropping us off at hotel gate. I look forward to getting home snd letting my friends know about this adventure and try to ask for Darwin the knowledgeable driver!
