You never showed up. Over an hour and a half after scheduled pickup time you turned our reservation over to a different company. I called 3 times and was told would arrive in a few minutes. All lies

I waited over 30 minutes and the driver never came. A coordinator from MV Transport Company saw me waiting and called his owner, who negotiated with the All-Stars owner to have them take me to the port. It's unlikely I will ever book your service again because the transport from the cruise port to my hotal on 12/14 was no better. The wait was 90 minutes.
