- You must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check in and sign waivers.
- If you arrive after the time of the tour departure time, it will be considered “no-show” with no-refunds.
- You can book this activity for a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 3 people. All airplane tours are private, and we don’t mix with people you don’t know.
- Passengers can bring small handbags. Heavy or large bags cannot be taken into the airplane.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers with more than 34 weeks pregnancy.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A great trip - It’s great to see Miami from the air, you can really appreciate how beautiful it can be. A bottle of sparkling doesn’t hurt either although up in the air it’s not what you focus on.

AMAZING! - We were 15 mins late for our appt d/t Miami traffic, but they were still VERY accommodating when we got there. This was probably one of the best experiences my husband and I ever had! Our pilot Valentina did an amazing job showing us around. The wine was great. Thank you Magic Tours for truly an unforgettable experience!

You will not get the full time - Arrived on time and I think the champagne was a great touch, however for the price the pilot should ensure we are getting the FULL time. When I mentioned this to the gentleman who checked us in after the ride he was EXTREMELY combative and told me the pilot doesn’t “check his watch” to ensure we are getting the full time. We they should. He was extremely demeaning and lacked professionalism. He said that the 1hour rides are really 50 mins and even if that was the case, we didn’t even get that. Truly ruined the experience, luckily viator rectified the issue.
