Great City and Airboat Tour - This is a great tour, if you have a flight leaving late afternoon/evening from Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
The city tour gave us a good insight of Miami from South Beach to the stop in little Havana. The guide had a wealth of knowledge of Miami.
The airboat tour was the highlight, Our Captain Baby Face had wonderful knowledge of the Flora and Fauna of the Everglades. We saw several alligators and all kind of bird and fish species.
Highly recommended.

City Tour-ok, Everglades-nice - It was difficult to hear our guide on the bus. The ride was a nice ride but couldn't understand the lady telling us about most of the city. I think the speaker system was not a good one. In the everglades we did get to see alligators and large iguanas on the airboat ride!! Our guide on the boat (senior captain of the guides) did a nice job for the short amount of time we had!

It was fun!! - A whole day of fun! Picked up at hotel by 9am and made it back by 6pm. We did the Everglades Airboat Adventure and Miami City Tour, it was very informative.

Nice Activity - This tour could benefit from better planning so half of the bus isn’t waiting at the gator park unnecessarily for an extra hour “due to traffic.” In the end, trying to use 1 bus and 1 tour guide for 2 separate itineraries doesn’t promote the best customer service.
With all that being said, the bus was clean, the driver was good, we learned a bit from the tour guide, the gator park was small but nice, we didn’t get much time in Miami but the spots we saw were beautiful!
Overall, I probably wouldn’t book this tour again, but the Everglades and Miami experience are a must-do!

Miami super saver Everglades airboat adventure and Miami city tour - Picked up first, dropped off last. Trip billed as 4.5hrs was 11 hrs with 3 unnecessary hrs on bus besides the city tour. Booked by AAA but NO info given to them or us about what it intailed. No parking at pickup points and some ended up driving to airboat portion as not able to park. Not worth the "super saver price" AAA called and still only info was 2hr city tour and 1hr Everglades + pickup times. Not recommended!!

Misleading title, poor execution - Understanding that the tour was a super-saver and therefore couldn't cover everything in the city, it was still disappointing on a number of levels. It took over an hour to pick up passengers from a range of hotels, the tour bus had obviously seen better days and at one point blew a tyre crossing a bridge at over 90mph, too much time in Little Havana, pointing out shops that had obviously paid for the guide's recommendations and finishing off the afternoon at an Everglades Theme Park that was outdated and had a misogynist park guide handling the wildlife with so-called "witty banter". Spend a little extra and go on a proper tour.

A confusing mess - Operator text and said they couldn't pickup at our hotel and we were told to go to a different hotel. Cost us $20.00. Then they told us to go the the gateway 2 miles away. We walked in the pouring rain. Then the tour ended 2 hours late

Terrible - Experience was terrible they left us and told us call an Uber to catch back up, than when we caught up they sent us on a boat ride so I called to ask where’s the bus to go to the Everglades and they said “aw I’m sorry you was misguided” great sights but terrible tour guides was the down fall of my trip.

AVoid a waste of Money - Very disappointing, paid for a luxury mini van trip and was bundled into old refurbished school buses with many broken seats.
Bus driver was the tour guide. His English was difficult to understand, and he was clueless about any area besides Little Havana
Due to poor management on the part of the Tour Company in the Everglades. We were only able to enjoy the Air boat tour. Which was good. We missed both the walk to see the flora and fauna and the alligator demo due to tardiness on the part of the driver.
Almost a 3 hour wait at the Bayview Market was not acceptable. 1 hour would have been long enough.
The Miami City your was very poor. We missed most of the advertised sights. and spent almost an hour in Little Havana. 20 minutes would have been long enough!!!
The tour guide was useless as mentioned earlier. He was an OK driver
AVoid this tour an expensive waste of time!!!!
