Cancellation Policy
- The full charter amount will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the departure day and time.
- If a trip is canceled by the captain due to bad weather, the operator will re-book the charter for a different date if the customer’s schedule permits it. Otherwise, the operator will refund the full amount.
