Great quick tour. - The negative part about this was they change the time of departure the day of the experience. But the actual tour and cruise was incredible. We went on a pirate ship got to see everything we would’ve wanted to see, maybe more information on Celebrity homes that are in the bay. Well worth the money for a short trip.

Used to be much better - I did this same tour about 2 years ago and it was great, so I booked again this year and brought my friends. Was not the same at all. Last time it was a really nice boat. This time it was a run down pirate ship for some reason. Could barely understand the tour guide this time and was just not great at all. I was so disappointed.

Don’t recommend - The recording when you call the phone number gives the wrong directions so when we arrived early, we still missed our boat ride. We were able to get on a later tour but had to pay $15 which was ridiculous because if the tour was better labeled and had correct directions, we wouldn’t have missed our scheduled time. Also, the tour area has nothing labeled so again, we were delayed in finding our boat. The tour itself was beautiful at night with the Miami skyline but nothing exciting and definitely not worth $35/person.

Never again - We were bumped to a later cruise time with no advanced notice. The lady at the check in kiosk was rude. I am very disappointed and will never use your service again. I called they cruise company to complain and lady who I spoke with could not help. I asked to have a manager call me. So far I have not received a call.

Short and couldn’t hear anything. - Poor quality trip with limited info. Volume far too low at the front of the boat and could not be heard. Passengers standing in the way but the crew refused to deal with them . Cruise was only just over 60 mins and not 90 mins as advertised.

BUYER BEWARE: When you purchase this package, (we paid $159.98 for 2 people) the cruise is at 401 Biscayne Blvd Miami and the Double decker bus is 30 minutes away at 305 Lincoln Rd in South Beach. The bus tour started at 3pm and took multiple detours off the route due to traffic. The tour ended up taking about 3 hours. We had to pay $52 to park the rental car for 4 hours, then we had to take a $35 taxi back to the starting location because they told us we had to exit the bus. They did not disclose that we would not get a ride back to the pickup spot.
Since we (me and most of the guests) refused to tip, the guide called us “cheap” as we exited the bus. The folks who were supposed to go on the cruise, their guide was nowhere to be found so I’m unsure what happened to them. Total cost $247 and an entire day lost.

I bought ticket online.... - I bought ticket online. There is so difficult to find the place so.they give you ticket. There is no company name or logo anywhere. Becouse that we were late for our ship and to be rescheduled they charged us 15$ per.person. I rather go to Bayside and buy ticket over there and don't have that stress. There are nice other boats to.go for a ship.tour.
