Jet skis can accommodate one or two riders. To drive solo, individuals must be 18 or older. Those aged 16-17 can drive with a guardian (21+), and passengers must be at least 10 years old, with an additional fee of $30.

• Florida law requires that everyone driving a Jet Ski and born after January 1, 1988, must have at least a Florida Boating Temporary License. Instructions on how to purchase this are provided on your confirmation voucher
• What is covered on the tour is subject to change, based on weather conditions.
• This tour has no hidden gas fees.
• Total weight per jet ski cannot exceed 350lbs (159kg)
• Children MUST be at least 10 years old and children 10-15 years old can only be the second passenger. You must be at least 16 years old to drive a jet ski (with a guardian 21+ in the group), and at least 18 years old to drive solo.
• Tour will operate in all conditions that the operator considers to be safe.
• All participants are required to wear life jackets. You do not need to be able to swim.
