Cancellation Policy

The full charter amount will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the departure time and day. If a trip is canceled by the captain due to bad weather, Terrific Boat Charters will re-book the charter for a different date if the customer’s schedule allows; otherwise, the company will refund the full amount.
