Highlights
  • Colee Hammock Park - We set off to one of the older parts of Fort Lauderdale. Where Mary Brickell acquired 640 acres from the “Lewis Donation” in 1874. The area was named by Mary Brickel in honor of William Cooley whose family was killed by the Seminole Indians. You’ll see the beautiful tree-covered roads and walkways. 10-15mins
  • Las Olas Boulevard - We then loop back to the world-famous Las Olas Boulevard lined with boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and bars. We take the quieter back roads to the next stop. 5-10 mins
  • Stranahan House - We pass by the oldest home in Fort Lauderdale and the old trading post of the Stranahan Family on the river. 5 mins
  • Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale - We gently bike along the 2 miles of the world-famous red brick road taking in the “Venice of the Americas”, seeing mega yachts, the Intracoastal, landscaped parks, cafes, and restaurants all the way through to the next stop. 10 mins
  • The Historic Downtowner - Riders get to loop back and capture a great snap on Andrews Bridge heading over to the historic Downtowner, the only place left along the New River that still feels like an old-style Florida fish house. 5 -10mins
  • Rio Vista - We then enter one of the most established and sort after neighborhoods, homes to celebrities, entrepreneurs, millionaires, and billionaires, we cruise effortlessly down through the neighborhood on the intracostal heading for….. 15 mins
  • SE 17th Street Causeway Bridge - We take the quiet roads past some of the world’s largest boat storages and world-famous yacht designers onto 17th Street lookout point over the port. Stunning views and a great vantage point to see the horizons of Fort Lauderdale. From the dreams of early South Florida settlers more than 100 years ago, what is now known as Port Everglades first emerged as a means for local farmers to ship their produce. Visionaries of the late 1800s and early 1900s sowed the seeds for what would someday develop into one of the nation’s most vital centers of trade and tourism. 10 mins
  • Fort Lauderdale Beach - We then cruise along with the wind blowing in our hair on onto the world-famous 5 miles of palm tree-covered white sands, ocean, and home to where the beginning of Spring Break festivals found new life. We travel up taking in the breath taking view and the wave wall. 10 mins
  • Las Olas Beach - From here we head back along Las Olas Boulevard, past Mansions, Mega Yachts, and more. At this point, you’ll have seen what took us 7+ years to see, all in 90mins. Now you’ll have superb knowledge of where to go in Fort Lauderdale for the rest of your vacation. Martin is THE BEST! - This was my first time on an e-bike, and Martin’s guidance had me comfortable in minutes. Martin’s personality and sense of humor are perfect for this role. He has lived in the area for many many years and imparted just the right amount of information along the way. There were ample photo ops, and Martin could charge extra for his photography expertise! Most importantly, Martin kept us completely safe at all times. Tour with Martin!

Our favorite family excursion, and Martin is great! - My husband and I, along with our two kids, did the 90-min ride and had a fantastic time. Martin was so kind and accommodated our last minute reservation without a complaint. Our daughter was a little nervous about riding an e-bike for the first time, but Martin made her feel at ease and confident. This ride was a great way to see sights and areas of the city we wouldn’t have otherwise went. And Martin was very knowledgeable and kept us as safe as possible the entire ride. He’s easy going and super friendly, and great with kids/teens, too. Loved that he gladly took pictures for our family at different stops :-) Not to mention the e-bikes were fun to ride! This is an excellent excursion and well worth the investment for our family. Great way to spend the morning. Highly recommend!

Ebike Fun! - We were in the area for a school celebration and had a free day. We decided to take the ebike tour and even though we had been to Fort Lauderdale previously, we learned a lot about the history of the area and just had fun zipping around town.

Nice Experience - Martin was great. I had a lot of fun and got to see areas of Fort Lauderdale that I would not have otherwise seen. He made it fun and he’s a super warm and friendly person. Note it’s really difficult to get in on any adventures when solo because they often say a min of 2 people, but Martin doesn’t have those limitations in his tour. If you are on the fence, don’t hesitate.
