Cancellation Policy
If you miss the boat you can take the next tour as long as there is availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances the trip is canceled you have the choice of a voucher for another trip or a full refund.

I booked this for my husbands birthday. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Drinks were great, music kept us dancing and a view of the city at night was breathtaking. It wasn’t an “ADULT ONLY” party as advertised tho. Young children were aboard.

Our cruise boat was canceled due to the boat breaking and we never received an email or phone call letting us know this information. When we get to the boat site for check in, then we're informed that our time has been cut short 30 minutes due to combining our boat with another boat and that our compensation would be 2 more drinks free. My daughters liked that compensation but a phone call or email would've been nice to let us know. Other than than that, the boat cruise was nice and the staff was excellent.

There is no party vibe, and the music is awful. that being said, i can see how it is much better during the day time. but i would NOT recommend the party cruise version.

A fight broke out during the ride. Not the boat’s fault directly, but was handled very poorly overall. The boat itself also was surprisingly subpar for Biscayne-based cruise boats. Cruise staff was the lone bright spot.
