Excellent Experience - Arrived in Miami with a couple of days to spare before going on a cruise. Didn't really know what to expect from this tour. It was excellent, driver turned up on time, knowledgeable & took us to boat for Everglades trip. That's when the fun really started. What an experience "flying" over the water. Only thing I would say, was that the engine situated right behind you was VERY VERY load. You certainly need the ear plugs they offer. I had the press them in to reduce the noise level. Didn't distracted from the amazing experience.

Excellent service and experience - The tour was great in any way, both transport from Miami and boat trip in the Everglades. We made a mistake with the online booking (selected wrong date) and sent an email when we realized it, the company did everything needed to solve the problem. Many thanks.

AMAZING! - We had such a brilliant time on the tour. We didn't see many gators but the experience after the boat trip was insane. Johnny was the star of the show - he was brilliant with the gators and told them all about them. At the end you could pay $3 for a picture with a baby gator and I told him my daughter had autism so he told us to wait at the end so should could have a picture without feeling too overwhelmed by the crowds and the noise. It really made our whole trip so special and she'll always remember it because normally she can't do things like that without getting freaked out. A HUGE thank you Johnny - the highlight of our trip! xx

Great experience - Miami must do! - Communication from beginning to end was excellent. Pick up and drop off at the hotel was ideal and loved the whole experience. My mum hates speed boats and gets sea sick - I was worried about this experience, I needn’t have been, while the boat went fast it was so smooth and enjoyed by all - young and old. Only downside was not having enough time at the place - could have done with an extra 30-60mins so we could enjoy the nature walks and food.

Wouldn’t recommend. - I would not recommend. The bus was nice and the travel was easy. There were so many boats in the water. We didn’t see any alligators (and only saw a few birds). But my biggest concern was the roadside zoo located where the alligator show took place. The show exploited alligators and the backyard zoo had animals in deplorable conditions, including a fox in a very small cage and albino alligators in very small enclosures. I was under the impression this was a conservation location, but I don’t like how the animals were treated and I wouldn’t give money to it.

had to pay twice, despite of having the ticket from expedia.com - They are deceiving the tourists. Their tour description on Expedia.com is often deceptive. Don't be cheated.

Cancelled - The tour was cancelled 38 minutes before out pickup, so the experience was a disaster. They said they sent an email days earlier but we received none. We are supposed to get a refund.

Stay away !! - Left us stranded at Bayside and the response was "it's not under our control". They overbook and don't really care about their customers. There were 30 people with us and they had the same answer. Don't make a mistake and try to ruin your day and vacation. STAY AWAY !!
