A great Tour - I and my family had a great time cruising south beach, and biscayne bay. It was such a delightful experience, and the kids love it.

First time Cruising here!!!🛥️🛥️🛥️ - Purchased our tickets on line and checked in on this beautiful Saturday afternoon at Pier 5. We needed a much deserved break from the South Beach Food and Wine Festival to check out Biscayne Bay , cruise ships, and the big, big houses owned by the world's elite. We boarded the Miami Lady which was big and roomy, two level deck boat, clean and comfy chairs with light snacks and beers, sodas water for a purchase. We sat in the upper deck which has cover, with both sides opened it had a smooth gentle breeze on the water and we relaxed on this sun drenched day. Chris, who was on the mic, did do the standard Coast Guard safety speech, and he went on to inform all the boaters of the area, Millionaires row of mansions, and the cruise ships, and parts of downtown in English and in Spanish. We must say that he was very good as a cruise and information director. Overall, fun day trip, must see and do, family and kid friendly. Safe boat, and good crew. 🛥️🛥️🛥️

Relaxing couple hours on the water - We hade a relaxing ride on the nice day when it was not crowded. We spent the trip at the front of the boat outside. It was okay.

Enjoyable Miami cruise - Miami is best seen from the water so the millionaire row cruise is a great way to see the city. The trip costs $35 for an adult and overall it is a very good trip. Boat is comfortable and lots of space to get good pictures. Narrator was decent. One piece of advice - ignore the “free raffle” as it’s nothing more than a timeshare scam. We refused tickets ans felt sorry for the “winners”.

Nice enough way to see how the other 1% lives. - This is a nice enough short cruise through Miami bay area covering Star Island and other such enclaves for the extremely wealthy. Saw lots of millionaire celebrity mansions from the dock sides. Narrative was ok. It's not anything amazing, but nice enough way to spend 90 minutes. It was included in the Go City Mimi pass, so why not?

Good cruise overall - The cruise itself is good and it's nice to see all the houses. What's annoying is the "raffle" onboard - for a "free holiday". What you actually win is an invite to a timeshare presentation on the indoor deck, not a free holiday. I assume they get a commission when some punter signs up at a great cost. Really made the whole trip feel a bit scammy.

Enjoyable bay cruise - We both throughly enjoyed the trip. The guide was informative with a good sense of humor, the weather was ideal and we saw interesting sites.

Would not do it again. - The tour guide was great. He kept having to tell people to move and stop blocking others view. They did not listen. People stood in the front of the boat the entire time hogging the view. It was ridiculous. On top of that the two workers that try to get you to fill out raffle tickets talk too loud and laughed the whole time like they were not at work. I could barely hear what the tour guide was saying. Majority of the problem was the passengers themselves, not the company per se.

Time share - beware - The tour was good. Nice to see Miami from the water. What was not at all cool was that they chose “winners” for trips. What it really was was a time share trap. Don’t believe you have “win” anything when your name is called! Unless you are looking for a time share, beware!

Awful Company - BUYER BEWARE!! This company allows a 3rd party organization onboard this cruise which disguises their timeshare scam as a raffle for a vacation. The worst part is that Island Queen not only allows it, but advertises it AND has their tour guide call out the “winners” for them over their PA system. This is wrong on so many levels and tourists are being targeted and losing money over this. Please don’t support this company. The perks they receive from this 3rd party group are more valuable to them than the experience and safety of their customers. To top it all off - they also don’t respond to emails about this situation. Save your money and book a different tour with Miami on the Water where you will find honesty, kindness, and incredible customer service. Cheers!
