Highlight of the trip - Annette, Aurora, and Alejandro were so hospitable and kind. They welcomed us to their home and everything felt comfortable. I learned a lot about past & present Cuba and Cuban food and drinks. And, everything was delicious! Highly recommend!

A whole lot of food and some great instructors - It's hard to pick one "most favorite part." I mean, the food was outstanding. The location was beautiful. The hosts were knowledgeable about a number of Cuban and travel related subjects. They accommodated my wife and son's lactose intolerance. And did I mention the food was amazing?

Such a fun time!!!! - My husband and I loved this class! Our hosts were so welcoming; we felt right at home in no time. The food was delicious, the sangria was the best we've ever had, and we are so excited to have all these recipes now and the confidence to execute them. It was wonderful to switch up date night and learn so much in the process! Highly recommend.

Stuffed in Miami! - Annette and her mom helped us celebrate Christmas Eve, Noche Buena, and our daughter's birthday in style. Menu items included some very traditional Cuban cuisine: Ropa Viaja, Beans and Rice, Stuffed Plantains, Flan, Pastelitas, Mojitos, and more! A lovely celebration and amazing food!

Stuffed beyond belief. - We had a lovely evening! Annette and her mom helped us prepare a feast on Christmas Eve! We were greeted on the screened-in porch with a Pastelito's y Corquetas, and a Cuban Sangria. This was followed by Make-your-own Mojitos, Ropa Vieja, fried plantains, and much more! Since it was our daughter's birthday the next day, Christmas Day, Annette provided a Cuban cake plus Flan, Cortado's (delicious Cuban coffee) and Coquito (a coconut cream and rum bebido!). We cooked outside and all wore masks, accommodating COVID-safe precautions. It was a perfect evening for our adult foodie family. We went home stuffed, recipes in hand and a Feliz Navidad!
