Boat Tour… - The boat was clean and the staff was nice. There were drinks on the boat. However, make sure you are an hour early for check in or you will have to pay extra..

Good tour but customer service could be better - Boat cruise was good. Guide was funny. Since we were the only ones booked for our time, they moved us to the later time slot. I arrived early and had asked how many people on the boat and was told not a lot. I wished they had offered me the earlier time slot instead of telling us “we’re moving you to the last one”. And they didn’t offer any credit for that inconvenience either. And tour finishes before 8p. No building lights to see in Miami skyline.

Good overall - This was a great fun your - our MC kept the fun facts and jokes coming. We saw many celebrity mansions and landmarks. The only downside was that our was quite difficult to find the stand to check in and collect my ticket - the name of the company differs from the one on the booking. Also, the chairs in the upper deck of the boat, in the centre , are dated and need to be more secure.

The cruise was good.The narrator was funny and the staff at the bar was friendly. Unfortunately the restrooms were awful - The cruise was good, the ship’s restrooms were awful, dirty and the toilets didn’t flush. Other than that it was ok. Friendly staff

Viator mis-sold us!!! Do not book! - This cruise was not what we paid for. The only cruise at that date at time was to see the Miami Mansions…..who wants to look at houses for 90 minutes! You miss sold us something for £146.

HORRIBLE - This is the worst cruise I have ever been on. I paid for a quiet sunset cruise and they forced us to join the millionaires cruise. The host was yelling information on the mic the entire cruise. The cruise lasted 40 minutes and I paid for a 90 minute cruise. The room downstairs smelled like trash it was not a safe space for people. The boat was also so packed that there weren’t enough seats, so they asked people to stand on the stairs and on the top floor. They blocked any good views and we couldn’t see anything. I want to give ZERO stars for this safety hazard of too many people. I want a refund.
