Poor experience - The experience was unsatisfactory. First, the directions on the visitor site was incorrect and we spent an hour looking for the check in spot and being pointed in different directions. When we finally was told we were in the right place we waited till 9pm to board however we wasn’t allowed on the boat until 10:30 and it didn’t take off till 11pm. My plans after we’re cancelled because of the big delay. Secondly, the promoters were RUDE. Their wristband they were giving out made the system chaotic and unorganized and extremely frustrating. Once we finally was moving and experiencing the boat the vibe was cool but the pizza they had was disgusting and old and no one wanted to eat them. I will never book another boat ride through VIATOR.
