Well worth the time. We... - Well worth the time. We took the evening 7 pm cruise, and so were able to enjoy the millionaire row and the city night lights. The guide Veronica made the experience a lot more enjoyable.

Celebrity X Infinity Greek Islands Cruise - Greek Island’s in March, weather was good 19 to 26 degrees in the day which was better than expected. It was lovely because it wasn’t busy in any of the ports, it was a nice time to visit, would maybe go end of March beginning of April if we went again. Celebrity App- Notifications from Celebrity are endless but the one I would have liked, would be to be notified of the port gate no., the taxi driver didnt know the gate where the ship was docked and neither did we. The other downside to the App is that guests are constantly looking at it even in the theatre which is distracting for others having lit mobiles in front of them. WIFI - two members of staff were kindly helping guests with various device connections and messaging, whilst most form a line and wait their turn, others drift up by the side and barge in when the member of staff becomes available. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service but Celebrity needs to set up a roped queue/line area so that guests can be assisted in the order they arrived. Stateroom - Overall in good condition, the outside ceiling area over the balcony was very clean and appeared to be freshly painted. The stateroom attendant was very prompt and efficient every day. As at March 2025 there are no USB points so you will need an adapter with USB. Oceanview Cafe - The service was good, the food was OK, we didn’t think it was as good as on Apex and Solstice. Especially noticeable at the Curry station which was so much better on Apex. Blu - We have selected Blu on several ships but unfortunately we found Blu on Infinity to be quite slow and not as organised as others we have experienced. We tried various times for dinner but it didn’t make any difference. At breakfast, normally coffee is served frequently but we waited so long for coffee, we had finished our pastry and our main breakfast had arrived, coffee arrived but when we had drunk it we didn’t get offered another one, we had to to attract attention and ask. On several occasions we skipped desert because it just took so long, we went to Cafe Al Bacio for coffee and sweet treat. Food temperature was inconsistent, Blu Parfait was warm on one occasion and some evening main courses were warm and some of the food was not good such as crispy OssoBu and Fillet Mignon and mashed potatoes soaked in oil. Ship - was generally very good condition throughout, upholstery looked new, we were pleasantly surprised. The areas looked like Solstice or Edge class but Infinitely seemed more spacious with more smaller seats than Apex. Cleaning Staff - They deserve a huge shout out because they kept it so clean. Constantly cleaning day and evening with good attention to detail. Public restrooms always well presented and the staff opened the door so no need to touch handle on exit. Drinks/ Bars - Good service and drinks in all the bars, but wouldn’t recommend the Celebrity Champagne. Entertainment- we were pleased with the entertainment. Ben Mills a guest entertainer was superb, he was on the ship unexpectedly, so glad he was because he was outstanding, if he is ever listed on any ship, do not miss him, he is cross between Rod Stewart and Joe Cocker. All the entertainment Celebrity and guest entertainers was generally good. Excursions Thessaloniki - we took the shuttle to the port gate and then walked into the centre which has a lot of shops, it is the place for all shopping needs. As you walk the town there are various old churches and monuments. The walk to the White Tower is an easy flat walk from the port gate, along the sea promenade, although some may consider it long but on the opposite side of the road there is many cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops if you needed to stop on route have a drink and people watch. Kusadasi Turkey - we did the panoramic tour as we have visited Ephesus before. We had a very informative guide and we were happy to see the sites from the bus, this tour would be especially good if visiting in the hot season. We were advised that some guests were confused by the content and thought it included a visit to Ephesus, it does not. The only downside of the tour is the obligatory visit to the carpet factory. Once the last carpet has been rolled out in front of you, if you have no intention of buying a carpet get up and go outside immediately, otherwise you will be drawn into the big sell. Cyprus - We were looking forward to our visit to Nicosia but the driving time from Limassol was over an hour and the majority by motorway so was uninteresting as was Nicosia itself. The checkpoints between Cyprus and Turkey were nothing to see, you cannot see through to the other side. The guide explained that if we wanted to go through the checkpoint, whilst it may be quick from Cyprus to Turkey side, there was no way of knowing how long the queue would be to get back through and the time on the tour is limited. You can only go through with your passport. We would not recommend this tour based on the content and also the bus was constantly rattling and noisy. Airport transfer - We departed the ship the night before disembarkation day. We booked MyAthens Transfers to collect us from Piraeus Port to take us to Athens Airport Sofitel Hotel. Our driver was English speaking, provided water and complimentary WiFi. On exciting Piraeus terminal there was yellow on demand taxis waiting, we could not see our pre booked one, they park in a different area. If anyone reading this is making a booking to depart Piraeus in pre booked vehicle, as you exit the terminal, wait there, your driver will come to the terminal with your name.

A place worth visiting - We had booked a voucher for Miami Skyline Cruises and our trip via Groupon.com. We got a link to fill in the reservation. But when we arrived we couldn’t find the place to pick up the ticket. It was not clear that we should have the ticket at Bay Rides ticket office. The tour itself was very tourist-carried. High music, guide that gave max gas in both English and Spanish. A really good boat trip, where we got to see a lot. The length was very appropriate. Can definitely be recommended for older children and adults.

Only the View was Fine, but Not the Boat - The boat is old, could smell the engine exhaust fumes, narrator loudspeaker was too loud, and was too crowded.

Extremely Disappointed – Tour Cancelled Last Minute - I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a city tour with this company well in advance and were genuinely excited to explore the area. However, just ONE HOUR before our scheduled tour, we received a last-minute cancellation notice with no real explanation and no effort to accommodate us on another tour. We had anrranged our entire day around this experience, and their lack of communication and consideration completely ruined our plans. There was no courtesy call, no alternative options provided, and no sense of responsibility. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their customers’ time. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a reliable and respectful tour experience.
