Our shuttle driver... - Our shuttle driver indicated that he could not speak english, so communicating was difficult. If there had been an emergency how would he have understood? Basic english is a must or did he just not want to communicate?

Cruise Control - My scheduled pickup time was 11a, when I called the company to ask where to pick us up from, they gave me the information & informed me the driver was already on the way to pick us up early from our cruise. This was truly a blessing.

Very unprofessional - It didn’t happen they told us at the last minute they couldn’t come to our location so he said he found a different company and then instead of coming to our Airbnb he sent them to the Miami port we had to be out our Airbnb at 10am so we stood outside in the heat and order 5 Ubers and they was there less then 10 mins all at the same time
