Great experience - It was a great experience. Would definitely do again. Entire staff was awesome. The yacht was very nice and clean. The drinks were delicious.

Special. - Hard to pick a favourite. I’d say the tour of Biscayne Bay and seeing Star Island was top. Go close to sunset so you can catch the sunset on the boat and the transition to city lights. Also carry your own drinks, the boats charge an arm and a leg.

Delightful day in Miami - We enjoyed the tours very much. The bus tour was informative. I would have enjoyed more history of the area. The millionaire’s boat tour was fun. We enjoyed our stop in Little Havana the most, including recommended restaurant for lunch-great Mojito, don’t miss it!

Poor Safety and Dirty seats - Hi this Synthia , i had taken this tour but very disappointed with the quality .. there were no safety measurments and seats were dirty , no hygiene maintain .. it was to disappointed

Ok - To see milinIre houses. Bus with deck has been little to old. Havana city it has ben to comercial. The guide recomended mohito restaurant.

Just ok - This tour was just ok. Some random stops like a church and some forest museum then wynwood and Venetian pool which we were not allowed to walk around so it seemed strange to have it as a part of the tour. I personally did not enjoy the majority of this tour however one Great part was stop in little Havana. Try Mofongos restaurant not PUP as is suggested by guide. Biggest disappointment was When I booked I thought it said Bayside Marketplace was included however this was misleading as it was only used for 5 minutes to drop us to the boat and then pick us up after the boat portion. Guides were good overall i think the itinerary needs improvement.

Disappointed this time. - Picked up on Collins Avenue for Miami City Tour and Biscayne Bay Cruise, stopped off at Little Havana and Bayside Marketplace before the Bay Cruise. The microphone was far to load and load music in between the guide speaking. We did this tour 5 years ago and it was much better on that one we also stopped at Wynwood Walls and had a tour around Coconut Grove and the music and guide were not so load, sorry but this time it spoilt it for us.

Unpleasant experience with hotel pick-up dri - The hotel pick up bus driver was rude, he told us we were not on the list and left us behind. We were picked up an hour later by the Tour bus.

be careful never to book with gray line - my worst tour experience be careful never to book with gray line sincerely I did not listen and see the negative opinions of others. the bus driver was too arrogant, rude and careless following a delay due to the cruise of the boat and what I found more serious is the fact that this driver told me that it is not without problem and that we can leave by uber or other what a disaster
