Worth it. - Veronica was great. She made the experience fun. Very personable, upbeat connected with the audience. Music 🎶 was excellent.

Negative Reviews Were Not Our Experience - After reading reviews, you might be skeptical of this excursion. My sisters and I were heading out on a cruise and needed something to fill our time. What other than yet another boat!? For the price, I decided to go for it despite the reviews saying nah. So glad we did. The tour guide Gabriel was entertaining. Showed off his dance moves, had some jokes. It was a great time. It was the full 90 minutes despite what reviews said. It was comfortable (wear sunscreen!) and scenic. I would do this again and I recommend.

Prompt, courteous and respectful - Ray our technician was courteous inside and out. Talked you through everything so you could understand what he is doing and very knowledgeable. I ordered the part needed and he gave me a link a business card where it can be installed. He also came to our site again on his dime !! Thank you Ray !!

Great time on our vacation - Seeing the mansions, the skyline and the docks with the big overhead cranes. The drinks we ordered were very tasty.

Fun Boat - Didn’t seem long enough. Music was fun and the lady who spoke during the trip was ok. Sunset was amazing. Nice views

Customer Service Failed - Excursion was great! - So I booked this trip via Viator the morning of January 20, 24 as I was not sure what time we would be available. Our booking was for 4:30pm and once in the Uber I knew we would be late which was completely our fault. On or way I messaged a representative via Viator and I was told that I could do the 5pm excursion but we would have to pay $15/person which was not a big deal as it was out fault for being late. We got to the booth to check in around 4:33 and we were told that the 5pm was booked and we the next one available was 6:30pm which was too late as we had another booking. I told the representative at the booth that I was told we could do the 5pm. He made me call a phone number twice and the person on the phone had to speak to the representative at the booth. after almost 20 minutes of back and forth we were finally able to do the 5pm excursion. I completely understand it was our fault arriving late to our 4:30pm however, when we boarded the 5pm excursion, the boat left 20 minutes late which makes me think we could have done the 4:30pm in the first place. Excursion was awesome and the host was great!

Terrible Cruise - This is a terrible boat cruise! They oversold our trip and there were more than twice as many people on board than should have been. We arrived at 10:30 am for an 11:00 am cruise. We were told that the cruise time is intentionally early on the ticket to decrease the chance of customers being late. We boarded the boat at 11:15 and immediately went to the open air second level. On the stairs as we were ascending, there were two signs. One said “38 life vests on board” and the other said “55 passengers on 2nd level”. By the time we were departing the port there were at least 100 passengers on the second level and my view for almost the entire 90 minute cruise was backs and bottoms of other customers. The narrator on the cruise was fine but she started asking for tips about 10 minutes before we docked. She said that tips are 80% of her salary and she was encouraging customers to give her as much as possible. I am so tired of people instructing customers to give tips because employers are not paying them enough! We paid $53 for two tickets on this cruise and it was completely not worth the money!

Disappointing - The boat ride was cancelled for the scheduled time meaning we were unable to go on the trip. Time and money was wasted travelling to the departure point, in addition to the hassle to pursuing a refund (which is as yet unpaid).

Credit - We were late do to construction and bad it raining on and off. I contacted you all to and was told that there was space available for the 3:30pm ride and to go the ticketing booth for a transfer of the tickets just to be told that I had to pay another $45.00 which at that point we didn't have extra to pay and once we got the money they said they only had a 6:00pm available and we didn't have enough time to wait until 6pm. Can I please get this booking as a credit with 1 year to use?
