Nice tour! - We enjoyed this cruise!! Although we weren’t familiar with many of the millionaires that owned the homes on the tour, it was still interesting to hear the stories. The guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable. Overall, we would recommend!!

To do - We took a nice two-hour boat ride around Miami's billionaire villas. The explanations in English were very precise and the views beautiful. We were lucky because when we left we were only fifteen people! The staff is very smiling.

pleasant walk - We did this excursion because we wanted to see the bay, the theme of the famous did not matter enough. We found it nice, the views are nice, it lasts just over an hour.

For an outdoor visit - Performed as part of the bigbus package. Friendly walk in the port and around them that allows me to see beautiful homes and cruise ships. Pleasant moment but nothing surprising nonetheless. It gives a different view of Miami.

Great Way to See the City - We did this tour as part of the Big Bus Tour. We had to first go to the Big Bus Kiosk at Bayside Marketplace to get our tickets, then go to the Island Queen Kiosk (10 steps next door) to get our tour tickets. The captain of the boat was amazing, and the tour guide was very detailed in his information. He did say everything in both Spanish and English. I can see how certain people would get annoyed at the repetition, but he did explain that there are A LOT of Spanish speakers in Miami. As others have said don't put your name in the draw or get pictures - they are more hassle then they are worth.

We feel conned - The BIG BUS guys sold us the tour to know Shakira's house and it's not inside the tour so we felt ripped off for that reason. The crew team was amazing.

You get what you pay for. - There were no signs directing you to the boat! We finally found the boat & we’re told it was out of service & put us in a dingy smaller boat with no overhead coverage on top. It was crowded and the music they played was horrible. It was hard to understand the tour guide. It was a disappointing ride. We’ve been on many of this type excursion & this was by far the worst. We saw a few homes. Would not recommend this one. Low budget operation

Wasted time finding the boat and get boarded - Boat tour itself was fine. Direction on how to get to the dock was completely missing. I arrived at the address, it was a big mall and then had no idea where to go. And then voucher codes on the phone could not board, they had to be printed out so I had to walk to the booth. What a waste of time.

Fraudulent Raffle on Millionaire's Row - I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with a deceptive practice that occurred during the Millionaire's Row cruise by Island Queen. During the tour, a supposed "raffle for tourists" was organized, in which we were informed that we had won a cruise. However, to claim the prize, we were required to attend a presentation the following day at a hotel. What was not disclosed at that moment was that this presentation was, in fact, a sales pitch to sell a travel membership from the company Holidays Lounge. The presentation was extremely long (over 4 hours), filled with false promises, confusing information, and misleading conditions that resulted in a terrible experience. We believe that allowing such fraudulent raffles onboard your cruises damages your reputation and exposes your customers to dishonest practices. In our case, this situation ruined our trip and made us waste valuable time trying to resolve something that should never have happened. However, I must clarify that my dissatisfaction is not based solely on participating in a raffle but on how it was conducted and the consequences it brought. A genuine raffle should reward winners with something tangible, like a dinner, a cocktail, or a tour, without additional conditions beyond enjoying the prize. In this case, what you present as a "raffle" is, in reality, a deceptive process. To claim the prize, we were not only required to pay a $40 USD deposit (which, although supposedly refundable, generates distrust), but we also had to attend a presentation without being informed of its purpose or provided with clear details. This presentation lasted over 2 hours (in our case, more than 4 hours), making us waste valuable time during our trip. What is most concerning is that this presentation turned out to be a sales pitch for a completely false and misleading travel membership, designed to trap tourists without giving them the opportunity to research the involved company beforehand. What you allow onboard your cruise cannot be considered a legitimate raffle. These practices not only ruin the customer experience but also severely damage your company’s reputation, as they facilitate questionable activities by other entities. I hope you reconsider allowing such "raffles" and evaluate the risks and consequences these practices bring to your customers and the trust in your service.
