Super Service - Even yesterday on super bowl Sunday, this company was on time and very flexible... What more can I ask for, great service, excellent driver, very clean van for a bunch of tourists.

Excellent customer service & staff for large group - Francisco and his team made coordinating a 150 person group easy. We used FG car services for three days and it was the best experience I could have ever imagined. Francisco helped me coordinate 4 different pickups/drop offs from airport to hotels and dinner without as much as a hiccup. The staff was patient, kind and prompt. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I highly highly recommend using this company!

1st time user and it won't be the last! - We chose FG Car Service based on the great reviews and the information provided by Francisco on the phone. We were picked up at MIA and transferred to our hotel in downtown MIami then picked up the next morning and driven to Port Everglades in Ft Lauderdale. Then from the port back to MIA a week later. The entire process was very good except for a couple of technical phone issues. You will need to have a phone that works in the US and I had an issue with my ROAM account initially which caused some confusion with the meeting location. I will be using them again and will recommend them without hesitation.

Round Trip Transportation from hotel to Cruise Ship terminal with mulitiple stops. - We were very happy with the service. Everything and more that we could have asked for. The vans were clean, cool, and comfortable. We had multiple pick-ups with luggage hold; beautiful and reasonably priced. The experience was smooth and easy. The company is very reliable and the business transaction was simple. Our driver was the best! Friendly, informative, and a good driver. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you. If we are ever in the Miami area or have friends or family traveling in the area we will recommend your service.

Excellent !! Thank you !! - I Just can recommend the company and Francesco himself. We travelled with two small Kids ( 1 & 3 ) and this ist really hard to get an good and loyal Service. I booked two Tours . From the Airport to Downtown and 4 weeks later from Miami Beach to the Airport. The Service was on Time,which the germans Like very much ;-) And communication and contact was Always perfect . To my mind us the price for the Transfer good as Well compared to Germany. Car Service is Excellent - Used F & G to pick us up at airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to hotel and hotel back to airport. All it took was one call each tome and the van was there to pick us up within 15 minutes. Excellent service and clan, comfortable cars. The drivers were as much tour guides as drivers and entertained us with stories and information along the way. Highly recommend F& G for all your Miami transportation needs.

On time, very professional, great set of car seats - They texted me right after my plane landed and were waiting outside baggage claim before I had the bags. The Sprinter had 3 car seats available (infant and 2 convertibles, I think) so were able to easily handle our three kids. One time pickup at our hotel. Would definitely use again!

Miami Beach During a Layover - We hired FGS Carservices to take a group of 16 people out to Miami Beach during a layover in Miami. Francisco was very helpful during the process of making the reservation and recontacting us in the days leading up to the trip. We called him as we were picking up our bags and he arrived at the airport within minutes. He had a trailer that we were able to store all our bags in. During the ride out to the beach, he was very friendly and helpful in pointing out different sites. He dropped us off in a good location from which to see the beach and returned at exactly the time we agreed. We were returned to the airport and dropped off at the right location for our departing flight. I would definitely use his services again in the future!
