Worth it - We had a very informative tour guide, went above and beyond to find us some wildlife. Some some gators. It is close to.miami, worth the trip

Alligator Sightings - Fun tour not too far from Miami. We got to see some alligators and even saw an alligator show. Good experience for the price!

Great experience! - It was worth it. The bus trip was smooth and the Everglades boat was a lot of fun. We actually saw 4 Alligators within 1/2 hour, which is pretty unusual. The Alligator show was also fun. Overall I would recommend it.

Great time! - Wonderful tour and price was great! Would highly recommend. Hour each way on comfortable double decker bus and 2.5 hours on site.Try the food truck too.

a fun and fascinating dip into Everglades - Our airboat guide, Hance(?) a young African American man was a great driver and guide, in fact I believe he said he was the youngest of the airboat drivers there. Naturally, you can't guarantee what you get to see on any nature trail, be it on land or water. We saw vultures, a wee bird, whose name escapes me, down at water level, and an alligator After the tour, about one hour long, we were funneled towards the alligator show, which I was a bit leery of since I don't approve generally of having animals doing shows, though in this case the young man doing it, an environmental student, was very informative and explained why you can't catch and releases with alligators. I felt that there could have been more information provided about the structure of the tour. I knew it was four hours long but was not informed how that broke down, like how long the drive was to get there, how long the airboat tour was and so on. Also, there was a restroom on the bus but it would have been helpful for the driver to say we're arriving very soon and when we get there there will be a rush to get on boats, where you will be for an hour, and you might not get a chance to go to restroom. In our case my wife almost did not make it what with usual long queues for women. Also, I was aiming to be there at pickup point for 10am as indicated but then on one of emails / Websites it said we don't leave till 10.15/10.30 so we almost missed the bus.

Great experience it badly managed - The airboat ride and show was excellent. Unfortunately communication when at the park was troublesome, clear instructions were not provided and many guests from multiple groups had no idea where or when they were supposed to go. Due to this we were frustrated and confused.

Not for us - If I was to go again, i would arrange it on my own. Bus was old, and the driver was rather careless. The show after the trip around the Everglades was outdated

Disappointed - Chaos. Poor communication. Bus driver was hard to understand. Tour was not 10-2 as stated, we did not return until 3:15. Halfway through boat ride operator turned boat around because of incoming weather, and cut our time on the water in half, yet other boats headed out to begin new tours. Boat tour was abysmal, tour guide barely spoke & gave very limited details. Complete disappointment, would not recommend.

😞 - Uninformative, tacky, bad jokes, short ride, saw one alligator, closed top boat, then the guide asked for tips. We were not impressed with the alligator show either. Truly wished we leaned something. I’ve been other airboats tours that I’ve loved. Sadly, this was a complete waste of time and money.

Misrepresented tour - I couldn’t go on the tour because it was misrepresented. Before I booked, I was told I would be picked up at the port where I got off a cruise ship. When no one came, I called the local tour who said I had to go into Miami where I could be picked up at 10. When that tour came, they said they could only return me to that spot, not the airport not leaving me enough time to catch my 4 pm flight. I can’t get my wasted time back but I do expect a quick refund of $130.
