Our tour operator, Simona, was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The Everglades are beautiful and we saw 4 alligators and lots of interesting birds.

Max did an outstanding job taking us to and from the tour site. He also did a great job telling us what to expect and guided us every step of the tour. The van was very clean and was in excellent condition.

The driver was very nice. Arranging a pick up was a little difficult but responses were quick. There was a lot of waiting time. The boat ride was just ok.
