- Minimum age is 3 years
- Pick-up transportation is mandatory. Unfortunately travelers cannot drive to the park, though one can drive to the last pickup location at Bayside Marketplace and leave their car parked to get on the transportation there if desired
- Post COVID-19 Policy- Miami- Dade County has lifted the mandatory mask mandate, therefore we will be only recommending customers to wear their face mask as they choose to; along with this, capacities are no longer mandatory.

Everglades Alligator tour - Simone, the tour leader who drove us to the Everglades Holiday Park was the best. She made the trip fun with a lot of information and good music. The Everglades were fantastic. Beautiful. We saw some alligators in the wild and an alligator show. Definitely worth the it.

The Everglades are Beautiful - Our guide was really good. He was funny and informative. This was our first time to see the Everglades. We saw the beauty of the Everglades. We saw birds and alligators.

Everglades tour - Well organised, scenery was amazing the only thing was the confirmation email was somewhat confusing! Make sure you read the confirmation email for your pickup point!

Fun Day Out - The alligator show was amazing, the host was funny and informational. And the gators were adorable! The airboat guide was great in taking us around the Everglades. Lines weren’t too long and wait time was reasonable. Food was perfect!

Great time, everyone was nice - Everything was great except we didn’t have any tie after to shop or look around. Otherwise I would have gave a 5! Very worth it

Rethink the bus part - The tour itself was amazing. Captain Chaos was the best and we saw four gators
Would I opt for the bus ride there? not if you are staying mid beach. We were one of first pickups so were in the bus for 1.5 hours before we finally got in the road to the park. We would recommend meeting bus at bayside market and get on there. Spend some time looking around first. We UBERED from the first hotel stop going home and got home in 20 instead of 1.25hrs. If we stayed in bus it would have been a 9am to 430pm day

Nice but … - The experience was ok the airboat was nice and refreshing we managed to see wild gators so we were happy
The show was not a show and slightly stupid tbh
For the price you get what you get but guys !!! please fight for your paycheck instead of continuously asking for tips and tips 110$ for two persons for 1h30min experience don’t expect us to give another 10/20$ for each person we are meeting at the park.
To conclude its nice but don’t expect something incredible !!

We originally booked the... - We originally booked the tour with pick up at our hotel then we informed that we would have to go to 1601 Biscayne Blvd which cdt me an extra $75 from the JE Marriott that was very disappointing and time vonsuming

Very disappointed - The pickup location changed compared to what we booked.
The bus ride was very cold, we had to ask several times to turn down the air con.
No sight of a single alligator during the tour.
Too many boats.
Not a single place to have a hot beverage
Dropped off at a different location than pick up.
