- Minimum age is 3 years
- Pick-up transportation is mandatory. Unfortunately travelers cannot drive to the park, though one can drive to the last pickup location at Bayside Marketplace and leave their car parked to get on the transportation there if desired
- Post COVID-19 Policy- Miami- Dade County has lifted the mandatory mask mandate, therefore we will be only recommending customers to wear their face mask as they choose to; along with this, capacities are no longer mandatory.

Everglades - It was a Fun adventure and very informative. Wished I would had seen Alligators in their natural habitat. But totally understandable how they may not want to be around the boats. The boat r ride was fun!

Everglades Alligator tour - Simone, the tour leader who drove us to the Everglades Holiday Park was the best. She made the trip fun with a lot of information and good music. The Everglades were fantastic. Beautiful. We saw some alligators in the wild and an alligator show. Definitely worth the it.

The airboat tour was... - The airboat tour was great, the guide was very informative and professional.

Bus company let us down - Booked tour and received confirmation that they would pick up and drop off from our hotel.
Received notification next day that they do not pick up from our hotel and we need to get to another hotel. That was fine. In the day we walked the 30 mins to the other hotel, asked the valet where the pick up usually happens and we waited.
After due pick up time driver came and got us, rudely told us we were in the wrong location and then continued to tell us that he would not be returning us to this hotel after the tour and we had to make our own way back.
Boat ride and park activities were good and loved the interaction between the speaker and a gator. Provided us with good information and he obviously cared about these animals.
As we returned back to the bus depot we again asked about getting back to our hotel and was rudely told “take that trolley”.
Gator park need to be made aware of the poor service this bus line provides to their customers.

The bus transfer was... - The bus transfer was excellent but into the park we didn’t see alligators in the river, in natural wild life. We only see the show of them in captivity and that was terrible. I mean the treatment of the the poor animals. I’m against this show. Sorry.

Rethink the bus part - The tour itself was amazing. Captain Chaos was the best and we saw four gators
Would I opt for the bus ride there? not if you are staying mid beach. We were one of first pickups so were in the bus for 1.5 hours before we finally got in the road to the park. We would recommend meeting bus at bayside market and get on there. Spend some time looking around first. We UBERED from the first hotel stop going home and got home in 20 instead of 1.25hrs. If we stayed in bus it would have been a 9am to 430pm day

Nice but … - The experience was ok the airboat was nice and refreshing we managed to see wild gators so we were happy
The show was not a show and slightly stupid tbh
For the price you get what you get but guys !!! please fight for your paycheck instead of continuously asking for tips and tips 110$ for two persons for 1h30min experience don’t expect us to give another 10/20$ for each person we are meeting at the park.
To conclude its nice but don’t expect something incredible !!

Not what we expected - Attention the tour doesn´t include "Wander along a jungle walking trail" !!!
We booked this tour because of this quote and at the end we had just the Airboat ride.
We tried to get some money back because we were dissatisfied but after the refund request they didnt respond at all. We do not recommend this tour!!!
